The app is easy to use, shows clear and cut availability and pricing, and saves our a lot of time compared to searching for parking manually. It's easy to use, Booking in advance gives peace of mind, and the overall experience feels smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone who wants simpler parking. **What do you dislike about JustPark?** JustPark is helpful, but the experience isn’t always smooth. At times, parking availability shown in the app doesn’t fully match reality, which can be frustrating. Customer support responses can be slow, and some listings feel overpriced for what’s offered. It works in many cases, but there’s definitely room for improvement. **What problems is JustPark solving and how is that benefiting you?** JustPark solves my problem of wasting time and effort searching for parking. It lets me find and book parking in advance, which removes a lot of stress - especially in busy areas. Knowing where I’ll park before I arrive saves time, avoids last-minute hassle, and makes travel much more convenient and predictable. ### 2. Once space is found it is also quick and easy to make payment. I have also found it easy to gain refunds when things don't go right. **What do you dislike about JustPark?** No complaints from my side at the moment but maybe some more clarity around having spaces vetted as being genuine or safe would be good for piece of mind. **What problems is JustPark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows me to locate cheap long term parking that may otherwise not be available ### 3.
