**What do you like best about JustPaid?**

I really appreciate the automation part of JustPaid, which has made our invoicing and follow-ups start to be automated and go much smoother. I also like the integration with all our existing tools, as it plugs directly into them and maps our billing flows effectively. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the help we received in setting it up.

**What do you dislike about JustPaid?**

Because we move fast, I'd even love more plug-in templates for different billing models. And, just more one-click presets.

**What problems is JustPaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JustPaid to automate billing and invoicing, letting my team focus on growth instead of administration. It integrates with our tools, mapping our billing flows, making processes much smoother.

**What do you like best about JustPaid?**

I appreciate the flexibility of JustPaid, which allows us to have adjustable billing across different aspects without complicated steps. This streamlined approach significantly simplifies the billing process in our health tech company. Additionally, I love how easy and quick the initial setup was after switching from manual billing and QuickBooks. We just had to upload all the contracts, and it took us less than a few days to onboard. This efficiency lets us focus on other critical business aspects rather than getting bogged down by technical difficulties. The automation of ingesting contracts and sending invoices is remarkable, fitting perfectly within our workflow and supporting our usage-based billing model effectively.

**What do you dislike about JustPaid?**

I think the reports functionality in JustPaid still needs to be customized for our needs. The current reports are not trustworthy, and we require more customization options. Specifically, I would like to see metrics like product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth displayed on the user interface, with the ability to differentiate them across multiple entities.

**What problems is JustPaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JustPaid to automate billing by ingesting contracts and sending invoices, saving time and reducing manual effort. Its flexibility and easy setup streamline billing processes for our health tech company, allowing us to handle adjustable billing across various healthcare practices efficiently.

**What do you like best about JustPaid?**

I appreciate JustPaid's very affordable pricing and how the team is highly accommodating with our needs. The software allows us to automate a lot of mundane tasks, which significantly boosts our efficiency, especially when it comes to invoicing people and sending reminders. I am impressed by the quick setup process; we were able to onboard successfully on the first call and set up most of our customer contracts swiftly. Additionally, JustPaid offers an API that we can integrate into our current stack, providing us with the flexibility needed in our operations.

**What do you dislike about JustPaid?**

JustPaid has a couple of areas that I find challenging. One issue is the presence of minor bugs, which seem to be a common hiccup in many software tools, and addressing these bugs could improve the overall user experience. Another aspect that could be improved is the ability to charge customers in their current currency. This enhancement would make the platform more versatile and user-friendly for businesses dealing with international clients.

I use JustPaid to track our business revenue and ensure accurate payments from customers. It automates mundane tasks, improving efficiency with invoicing and sending reminders.

I love how JustPaid automates all the repetitive finance tasks, making invoicing and payments effortless. The initial setup was very straightforward and intuitive, allowing us to get started quickly and without hassle. Additionally, JustPaid saves us hours every week by automating our entire billing and payment workflow. It's also much faster than our previous solution and less expensive, which adds significant value for our business. Overall, the seamless automation and efficiency provided by JustPaid greatly enhance our financial operations.

**What do you like best about JustPaid?**

I love that AR finally feels “grown-up” without us hiring a big finance team. JustPaid.ai took our messy mix of spreadsheets, email templates, and manual reminders and turned it into a clean, automated flow. They handled the implementation, wired everything to our existing tools, and now invoices and follow-ups just… happen.

**What do you dislike about JustPaid?**

Occasionally I wish some of the configuration screens were a bit more “product founder friendly,” with more visual examples or playbooks for common setups. It’s powerful, but sometimes I lean on their team instead of exploring on my own.

**What problems is JustPaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before JustPaid.ai, every month-end felt like a scramble to figure out what had gone out, what was overdue, and what cash we could actually count on. Now our AR is essentially on autopilot: invoices go out on time, reminders are consistent and human, and we only step in for real edge cases. The reporting gives me a quick snapshot of open AR and likely cash in the door, which has made board prep and planning much less stressful.

JustPaid is super easy to use and integrates smoothly with our systems. What used to take weeks in billing now takes just one day, thanks to their AI-powered tools. The setup was quick, and the support team is always helpful. It’s made invoicing and payments so much simpler, highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about JustPaid?**

Nothing to dislikeOne thing I dislike about JustPaid is that some of the more advanced features can be tricky to navigate at first. It took a bit of time to get used to them, but once I did, everything worked smoothly. A bit more guidance or tutorials on these features would be helpful.

**What do you like best about JustPaid?**

This is the first software that has made financial management of my company and all the subsequent decisions extremely easy. I can't tell you how this says help with projections and other decisions during the different quarters of the year.. This company is ran by known leaders in the field, and I recommend it with the highest regard.

I have yet to see the future I do not like, I am fairly new to it, but so far so good

Giving us a better understanding of account receivable so we can make changes in staffing and other expenses based on income fluctuation

It's still a new product so occationally there are a few bugs, but the tech support team is very responsive to fix the bug.

You can't be a super small startup to get the most out of JustPaid.

**What do you like best about JustPaid?**

Getting customers isn't the same as getting their money. The actual mechanic can be frustrating and hard to scale as every counter part might have a different system. JustPaid helps with all of that. Interfaces are also clear and offers minimal effort to understand analytics and visualization.

**What do you dislike about JustPaid?**

Would be great if also offers data driven suggestion in respect to tax situations.

I appreciate that we can integrate this into our workflows. It's convenient that we can easily send an invoice and then receive a callback when the invoice is paid. It's easy to set up and use.

**What do you dislike about JustPaid?**

Overall it's great, but would like more API functionality

**What problems is JustPaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're automatically scheduling and sending out invoices through an API endpoint, and JustPaid was the best solution to handle all the payments.

JustPaid automatically checks our vendor invoices. Saves a lot of time versus doing this manually, and trying to find the right vendor contracts and usage records. You can also centralize payment through the platform.

**What do you dislike about JustPaid?**

It's a newer product so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles. But the company is adding features very quickly. It hasn't been an issue.

The user interface and customer support are great. Saves a lot of money without much of a heavy lift on the AR/AP team.

The product roadmap is evolving quickly and there will be a few instances where you're waiting for the next big feature enhancement, but the team is great at communicating when to expect these updates.

JustPaid will automatically generate invoices based on customer contracts. They also handle collections, and syncs seamlessly with QBO.

**What do you dislike about JustPaid?**

It is a newer company so there have been occasional bugs. However their support team is super quick to respond.
