**What do you like best about Justly?**

They provided a clear framework for my organization to examine its current pay structure and the roles and responsibilities of the staff. They were adaptable to our desire to ensure that we use race and gender as a marker in helping to build the new pay scale.

**What do you dislike about Justly?**

Justly is a young company with one primary staff -- they use a bench of consultants to help get the work done. I wish there were more diversity on the team -- people with different ethnic identities.

**What problems is Justly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization wanted to update its salary scale to ensure it was competitive with the market.
