Any money raised through JustGiving does go directly to us, which is definitely a nice perk. **What do you dislike about JustGiving from Blackbaud?** There is really not the personalization that you'd think. Our fundraisers are very limited with what they can post (photos, videos, etc.). The support from JustGiving is pretty bad as well. Hard to talk to someone who can actually help you. **What problems is JustGiving from Blackbaud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows our supporters to create individual fundraising pages, which is a plus.
