just plan it enables manufacturers to schedule like planners think. The Gantt chart based visual scheduling approach empowers the planner to easily manage the production schedule.

**What do you like best about just plan it?**

We used this in a large print shop with several different machines, wide format, standard digital, binding, etc.  Before JPI we ran production scheduling on a whiteboard in the production manager's office.  JPI allowed us to streamline and schedule production time resource loading and see this information from the art room to the shop floor.  We saved money and gained valuable time by not having workers running back to the office for the schedule.

It was effortless to set up and intuitive to learn.  It helped our company a lot.

**What do you dislike about just plan it?**

It's been a while since I last used it, but there is very little wrong with the software.  I recall the reporting part could get bogged down with a large data set.  The software did what it was supposed to do.

**What problems is just plan it solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JPI virtually eliminated issues with resource loading and machine capacity.  The production staff spent less time running back and forth to the whiteboard and calculating time and resources.  JPI saved us money and made us appear more professional.
