"Juro’s Self-Service Templates Give Us Real Control and Faster Turnarounds"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

For me, the biggest benefit of Juro is the control it gives us. We can create and update templates ourselves without needing to raise support requests every time we want to make a change. It means we can react much more quickly to business needs and keep ownership of our own processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

The biggest gripe is probably the recent changes to the landing page and navigation. Whilst the self-service template management is excellent, some of the updates have made it less intuitive to find things that were previously easy to access, which can slow you down until you get used to the new layout. "Easy and Intuitive with Fast Support, But Lacks Shipping Scheduling"
5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

What I like most about Juro is that it is an easy-to-use and intuitive platform. When I have questions, I can use their chatbot or contact their agents, and then I receive quick solutions or answers to the concerns I have, which makes my work easier and speeds it up. Moreover, I didn't have to receive training from the team to start using Juro; I learned intuitively by using the different aids and solutions the platform offers. I find it valuable that the agents provide answers quickly, which is very important in our industry. Also, creating templates, assigning signers, and making changes to documents are quite easy and intuitive processes with Juro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

One of the aspects I would love Juro to have is the ability to schedule the sending of documents. In Colombia, there are certain documents that must be sent on specific dates, such as contract termination notices. It would be useful to be able to create the document and schedule its sending so as not to have to set alarms in calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Valuable Tool for Contract Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

What I like most about Juro is how easy it is for business teams to use. The platform feels very intuitive, which makes contract management much more efficient day to day. I also appreciate being able to restrict users to specific workspaces, since it helps maintain proper access controls and keeps information organized.

Another thing I really value is that Juro is constantly evolving and improving. Compared to last year, it’s become significantly better, with new features and enhancements that make it even more effective. The support team is also exceptionally responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference whenever I need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

One area where I think Juro could improve is language availability. Having the platform available in more languages would help drive adoption among our teams in China and Japan, making it more accessible and user-friendly for local users. Expanding language support would enhance the overall experience for other teams in other places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Responsive Support, Flexible Smart Fields, and an Intuitive UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Juro?

What I like best about Juro is how responsive and consistently available their support team is. Whenever I've had questions or run into issues, they've been quick to help. I also really appreciate the flexibility of smart fields and rules, which make it easy to control and customize workflows to fit our specific needs. On top of that, the UI is clean and intuitive, making the overall experience smooth and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

One drawback I've run into is that API access is somewhat limited. For example, rules aren't accessible via the API, which can be restrictive if you're trying to build more advanced integrations or automate certain workflows. That said, aside from this limitation, I really enjoy working with the tool overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Signature Links Eliminate Friction in Our Workflow & Playbooks need improvement."
5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

The signature links are my favorite thing about Juro. I can put the link right into the ongoing conversation, so there's no interruption from needing to find a separate email from a third party website. They save a lot of time because I don't have to track down whether someone actually received an email or tell them what website to look for. It creates less friction in the execution process since the link can be inserted into the conversation regardless of who's facilitating it. As a lawyer for the company, I rarely interact directly with our clients, so it's important that I can hand this off to another member of our team. Everyone benefits from those links, from me as the lawyer to other members of the company who control conversations, and the homeowner really benefits from having a signature link they don't have to track down. Juro also creates widely available templates and lets other members of the company fill them out without help from the legal team. I've started using the Playbooks a little, and I do like them, I think they have a lot of potential to increase productivity. I use Juro with Word documents and Slack. I'd give it a 10 out of 10 to recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

{"I think that the Playbooks could be improved. I have started to use those a little bit, and I do like them. I think they have a lot of potential to increase productivity in our company, but they're just not there yet.","They don't always pick up what terms don't need to be mutual.","When it's looking through a contract, it has a tendency of making all terms mutual. And sometimes they don't need to be.","Integrating templates with Salesforce is quite difficult. No one really knows how to do it in the company other than one person, and so that one has to always do it. I can tell they're already very frustrated with being the only person that has that knowledge."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Contract Management, But Approval Resets Frustrate"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

I use Juro for contract management, mainly to send contracts to credit unions for them to sign. It helps me track our contracts more and get signatures through the e-signature platform, so we don't have to use DocuSign. We also integrate it with Salesforce, where we automate some of the post-signature information into our CRM. Our legal team and our clients redline in Juro, and we handle document edits before the contract signature, then they sign within Juro. What I like most is the internal chats. It's sort of nice where you could chat about a specific thing. We do a lot of tagging, so we @mention another coworker if we have a question for them. When you @mention someone, they get an automated email, which is great. We do a lot of editing within the tool that way, @mentioning and writing comments on the internal comments panel. With one template we use a lot, our fin template, if there's conversation about pricing or dates, we can chat and @mention people inside of the template. Our legal team preferred Juro because of the self-service capabilities. They were able to select templates, and they wanted our sales team to be a little bit more in charge of creating contracts for their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

{"The only thing I don't love about the internal chats is if you @mention someone and they respond by email, they need to @mention in the response. Sometimes the user forgets to do that.","The biggest complaint I get from our sales team is that if someone makes any change to the contract, it resets the approval process. Even if they might be on the third person for approval, it starts back up with the first person.","That reset of the approval process 'definitely causes a headache' because we have multiple people (maybe four or five) that need to approve in order, and restarting approvals is painful.","The approval-reset issue happens frequently. I said it 'probably happens daily' and 'maybe once a day... Five times a week' because we have anywhere between twenty and thirty contracts in the internal approval stage.","Onboarding/setup wasn't simple. We'd give it 'a five out of 10.' We had to redo all the templates that we had in Outlaw and redo them in Juro."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Standout AI Redlines and Operator Search Make Work Faster"
4/5
What do you like best about Juro?

The AI capabilities stand out to me, especially the ability to help with redlines. I also like the Operator function, which makes it quicker and easier to find and locate specific information when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

When I try to create a template, the formatting gets thrown off. Also, there’s no way to add separate DocuSign accounts for each individual user account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Contract Management with Minor Setbacks"
4/5
What do you like best about Juro?

I use Juro to secure, streamline, and control our contract execution workflow. I appreciate its robust workflow control, the ability to establish strict signing orders, and set up multi-step approval workflows. Juro also lets me trigger personalized reminder links, and I find the interface very clear and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

I find it difficult to set up regular signatories in Juro, as I can't easily manage who is the company authorized signatory. I should be able to establish company-wide policies and set hard guardrails on who can sign. Also, Juro lacks folder structures, which would allow me to easily split projects and correlate folder structure with Google Drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"After years of pain, finally a tool that helped us nailing the Quote2Contract Process"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Juro is a very user-friendly tool. For years, we struggled with our Quote2Contract process, and finally, we found a tool with a native Salesforce integration that allows us to bring our quotes directly into the contractual framework with minimal effort. Our commercial teams find it very easy to use, and we also implemented some smart fields for them that make it easier to negotiate contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

I think it could implement a better user management experience at user level (not editor). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Contract Workflows with Templates and a Centralized Repository"
4/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Juro has transformed how we handle our contract workflows—from HR agreements and NDAs to customer contracts. Having standardized templates ready to go has reduced our drafting time. On the HR side, it has streamlined our new employee signing and onboarding process, making it seamless for both our team and new hires.

The centralized contract repository is another plus; having all signed contracts in one place with fast, intuitive search capabilities saves us time when tracking down agreements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

Overall, the platform meets our core needs well. Like any tool, there was a brief learning curve for non-legal team members, but adoption was quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
