"Juro Streamlines Contracts with Intuitive Design and Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Juro has been a great tool for streamlining our contract workflows. It's intuitive and easy to use, making adoption across the business straightforward. The ability to integrate with our quoting tools has helped create a smoother Quote-to-Contract process and reduce manual work.

One of the biggest strengths of Juro is the support team. They're incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely receptive to feedback. We've seen suggestions and feature requests quickly considered and incorporated into the product, which makes it feel like they're continuously improving the platform based on customer needs.

Overall, Juro has been a reliable partner in helping us build more efficient and scalable legal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

I think the reports are a great help, but they could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Lightweight, and Powerful—Backed by Outstanding Juro Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

The user experience is great - very intuitive tool. The simplicity of the design makes it feel very lightweight while offering rich functionalities. There is very little operational friction in the sense that there are few clicks, no loading time, easy navigation and customization. Overall an amazing fit for a team that needs to stay agile and adapt to changing business requirements and legal landscapes. Finally, being able to develop and customize templates completely in-house gives amazing control and ownership. I recently did an integration and needed some technical support - Juro's support was very quick to respond, clearly tailored every answer to my situation and offered to standby to help me meet my internal timeline. My highest praise go to this team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Contract Management with Juro"
5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

I like Juro because it brings the entire contract process into one intuitive platform. The clear status overview gives me an immediate sense of where each agreement stands, which is super helpful in managing contracts efficiently. The ability to add notes to specific signatories is also valuable, especially since our high-level managers rely on my recommendations. The initial setup was very easy, and I was onboarded in just one day thanks to the system's intuitive nature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

I would like to receive some kind of copy of the message that I've sent to the particular signatory, or maybe it could be saved somewhere. I haven't found that option yet, and I think it could be useful especially after some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Contract Management with Some AI Hiccups"
4/5
What do you like best about Juro?

One thing I appreciate about Juro is how intuitive the platform is to use. The support team has also been excellent, consistently responsive and ready to help, with guidance that has proven genuinely useful whenever we have needed it. Beyond their user experience, Juro has meaningfully sped up our contracting process and reduced manual work through its AI features. It handles a large volume of documents well, providing a clear overview that makes it easy to stay on top of where things stand across our contract pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

I find that sometimes the functionalities like AI Review or Operator do not work as intended. On AI Review, some comments disappear, and the review is not always very accurate, not matching proper legal review standards, as relevant sections might not be recognized. However, it is somewhat helpful in flagging inconsistent areas with the playbook. As for the Operator, it is a bit slow and doesn't always bring back accurate results. The in-text reading function needs improvement, though it manages better when smartfields are filled in. Additionally, the initial setup wasn't too easy, requiring a lot of manual work, including document uploads and mapping with smartfields. Hopefully, this may be resolved with certain AI features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Contract Generation with a Clear UI, Strong Integrations, and Fast Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Makes contract generation process very straightforward.

Straight forward, clear UI/UX compared to majority of other CLMs or native contract generation features (Hubspot, salesforce, docusign from experience).

Strong integrations with our tech stack - Hubspot, Slack, (would be amazing if there was a Claude MCP too though as we don't have a company Chat-GPT license.)

Can't comment too much on the AI function as I use Claude in my day-to-day (so I don't use the redlining or the playbook functions). Only use it for translations into different languages, which it does well.

Responsive support team who respond quickly. Onboarding was fine - would've been good to have more input on how other customers use their Juro when building ours though.

Good ROI - majority of contracts now self-serve, good comms functions within the platform, rules in the background also allow certain "non-standard" positions to be self-served. Only gripes are the "approval flows" which are re-set anytime any changes are made in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

No Claude MCP (yet), slightly clunky approvals process (re-sets with any changes to a document, leading to numerous approval requests for the same document form already busy internal teams). Slack notifications only to deal owner, not to those tagged in internal comments which can mean tags get lost. Otherwise very satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Magic Fields and a Fast, User-Friendly Contract Workflow with Great Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Magic fields help our teams without contract drafting experience generate agreements from our templates with minimal intervention, which frees up review hours to spent on other business-critical tasks. The process for reviewing, redlining, and sending for signature is clear, fast, and user-friendly throughout the overall review process. Internal and external comment features allow both our internal team and external parties to manage the entire process within Juro itself. Support for Juro has been great, and the team reply quickly, are very knowledgeable, and happy to assist where possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

Juro does have it's issues with switching between suggesting and editing views, with larger documents this can result in some unpredictable results such as automatically scrolling back up the page from the point that this toggle is switched. Additionally, it would be preferably to have some finer formatting enabled while in suggested mode - as it stands, it doesn't seem that it's possible to indent or bullet cleanly, so this requires constantly toggling between suggesting and editing views to enact changes neatly.

Additionally, I would like to see some more in depth reporting in Juro - the existing function is quite basic, and it would be useful to see more detailed metrics as a contract moves from the draft, through various review / redline stages, up until the final signature.

While I appreciate this is likely not a possibility given the conflicts, it would be useful if Juro could have the capability to port into external party's contract management softwares (e.g. DocuSign) for ease - sometimes this is unavoidable having to use two different systems, and would save on admin time downloading/reuploading documents at various stages. "Streamlined Contract Management and Effortless Negotiation"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

What I like about Juro is the contract creation and workflow capabilities. The template builder is genuinely robust, making it easy to standardise documents and roll them out across different teams. The approval workflow is also well-designed and the signing flow works smoothly end-to-end.

One of the strongest parts of the platform is the ability to negotiate directly within Juro. Counterparties can redline and leave comments in the external comments panel, and we can respond in the same space. This keeps the negotiation trail clear and centralised without needing to jump between emails or multiple document versions.

Operationally, Juro has made it much easier for us to centralise and manage all templates and contracts. Everyone in the company can access the latest versions from one place, and it creates a clear audit trail that helps with accountability during drafting and negotiation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

Some aspects of the interface could be more user-friendly. Dragging smartfields within the list, especially those not yet used in the document, can be cumbersome, and it’s not always easy to quickly locate the field you need. The side panels are also fixed in size, which can make it difficult to read long comments or navigate dense feedback threads.

The playbook review feature is helpful for flagging basic points we’ve built into our playbook, but its accuracy is inconsistent. Similarly, the AI extract tool works but is limited in functionality and occasionally misidentifies or mislabels clauses.

In negotiation, while the direct markup and commenting are strong, Juro doesn’t support redline-over-redline workflows. This limits its usefulness for more complex negotiations that go through several rounds of revisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Fast Contract Management with Powerful Integrations and AI Search"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

I love how easy contract management is in Juro. It’s straightforward for both parties to use, and it makes it simple to track changes. Juro also seems to be constantly working on new features that improve the platform and make it even easier to use.

Additionally, it's great that Juro integrates easily with platforms such as Salesforce and Slack. Plus, Juro Operator and AI makes it easy to search contracts and automatically review contracts using the AI playbook.

The platform performs well and speeds the contract cycle up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

One downside of using Juro is that it’s currently only set up to work with Microsoft Word. However, our business uses Google Suite and therefore relies on Google Docs, and at the moment the platform doesn’t support that format.

In addition, the reporting feature needs some improvement to ensure the analytics are accurate. It would be really helpful to report reliably on time spent in negotiations across all phases of the contract before signing, rather than only being able to see data starting from the draft “created” stage. "Clean, user friendly, intelligent contracting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

- Responsive and engaged customer success/support team

- User friendly interface

- Strong willingness to act on customer feedback

- Ease of building workflows and rules

- Continuous product improvement

- Data visibility

- Great new AI features (AI extract and bulk upload) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

- Would like to see improvements to the auto-numbering feature

- Would like to see a 'preview' button to view how the contract looks to third parties (rather than the workaround of using the 'reviewer' link)

- Permissions and workflow flexibility – There are opportunities to improve permissions-based workflows, particularly around allowing 'users' to upload versions but not entirely new documents as we believe this degrades the controls over contracts that Juro is designed for

- Editing and markup functionality – would like to see greater flexibility within suggesting mode (e.g. formatting changes, list management and text styling) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralizes Contract Management with Effortless CRM Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Juro?

I really appreciate Juro's integration with our CRM, HubSpot. It's a big plus since our Sales team can create agreements directly in HubSpot and have all the information transferred seamlessly into the agreements. This feature saves me time, as I don't need to create Order Forms anymore; the Sales team handles it, and I only need to approve or make edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

It's not Juro's fault but the other side of the table will only use Word, which Juro has an integration for, but still makes it more difficult than just using Juro by itself. Sometimes notifications can be hit or miss. Not sure if a contract needs to be sent out or if it has been sent out. It would be nice if once an agreement is approved it would automatically be sent to the other party, sometimes Sales forgets to send it out after it's been approved. It was a little bit of a learning curve at first getting all the integrations set-up with HubSpot, and just overall learning a new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
