What do you like best about Juro?
Juro has become an essential tool for our organization, transforming the way we create, manage, and negotiate contracts. Its combination of dynamic functionality, intuitive design and responsive support makes it one of the most effective platforms we've implemented across our teams.
One of Juro’s most powerful features is its dynamic contract capability — through configurable rules, smart fields and conditional logic, contracts can be automatically adapted based on user input. This means legal and business teams spend far less time manually adjusting templates, while still ensuring accuracy and compliance.
The platform fully supports the self-service contract creation model, empowering teams across the business to independently generate contracts using pre-approved templates. This removes unnecessary legal bottlenecks and helps ensure that contracts move forward without delays.
Juro is also incredibly easy to set up and scale. Implementing new templates is straightforward and requires minimal training, making it easy to maintain consistency as needs evolve. Member management is simple and intuitive, allowing us to quickly onboard new users, control access levels and ensure the right people are involved in the right workflows.
Another highlight is Juro’s ability to foster clear communication between internal and external stakeholders. With real-time commenting, in-browser editing and version tracking, all communication happens in one place — eliminating email threads and ensuring transparency at every stage.
We’ve also found Juro’s support team to be exceptional. They're quick to respond, proactive and always helpful, which gives us confidence when rolling out changes or scaling use across departments.
The tool is used daily by many of our departments. Its adoption across teams speaks volumes about its usability and the efficiency gains it delivers.
In summary, Juro is much more than a contract tool — it’s a scalable, smart and user-first platform that supports collaboration, speeds up negotiation and gives teams across the business the tools they need to move fast, stay compliant and work together effectively. What do you dislike about Juro?
There are a few areas that still need refining. When contracts become highly dynamic, involving many rules, questions and logic layers, the platform can sometimes slow down or fail to load properly, impacting productivity. These performance issues tend to occur most frequently when templates are used beyond their basic functionality.
In terms of usability, some features could be more intuitive. Setting up or editing more complex templates can be time-consuming and may require some trial and error.
Additionally, some integrations — such as those with DocuSign — can be unreliable or limited in functionality. While these features are useful in theory, they can be inconsistent in practice.
Overall, Juro is a valuable tool that supports efficient contract workflows. However, performance, ease of use and certain integrations are areas where improvement would make a meaningful difference. With continued development, it has the potential to become even more seamless and powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
