"A great, easy-to-use CLM with a dynamic user interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Juro is a really good middle-priced contract lifecycle management system. The system was really easy to implement and it didn't take us long to get going once we had signed. It covers all the basics we need in the legal team (contract template management, restricting editing to smartfields only, reporting) and is also easy for our sales colleagues to use. I like the user interface and the customer support has always been really helpful and efficient. We are currently now looking to integrate our Juro system with Salesforce which so far is going well. I also really like the Word plug-in which I use a lot for complex legal drafting and formatting requirements, to then sync back with the Juro platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

Almost nothing! The system could have a better way of reflecting parent-child contract relationships, but the folder structure is a workaround for this currently. Otherwise I'm still really pleased with our selection of Juro as our internal CLM platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for Contract lifecycle management"

Reviewing and managing recruitment vendor contracts has become much easier for me, as I am able to save templates and even use AI to extract information from the contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

I would say the cost is not suitable for mid-level companies, and the setup process is quite time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Juro is a powerful contracting tool that combines useful functionality with an intuitive interface."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Juro has become an essential tool for our organization, transforming the way we create, manage, and negotiate contracts. Its combination of dynamic functionality, intuitive design and responsive support makes it one of the most effective platforms we've implemented across our teams.

One of Juro’s most powerful features is its dynamic contract capability — through configurable rules, smart fields and conditional logic, contracts can be automatically adapted based on user input. This means legal and business teams spend far less time manually adjusting templates, while still ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The platform fully supports the self-service contract creation model, empowering teams across the business to independently generate contracts using pre-approved templates. This removes unnecessary legal bottlenecks and helps ensure that contracts move forward without delays.

Juro is also incredibly easy to set up and scale. Implementing new templates is straightforward and requires minimal training, making it easy to maintain consistency as needs evolve. Member management is simple and intuitive, allowing us to quickly onboard new users, control access levels and ensure the right people are involved in the right workflows.

Another highlight is Juro’s ability to foster clear communication between internal and external stakeholders. With real-time commenting, in-browser editing and version tracking, all communication happens in one place — eliminating email threads and ensuring transparency at every stage.

We’ve also found Juro’s support team to be exceptional. They're quick to respond, proactive and always helpful, which gives us confidence when rolling out changes or scaling use across departments.

The tool is used daily by many of our departments. Its adoption across teams speaks volumes about its usability and the efficiency gains it delivers.

In summary, Juro is much more than a contract tool — it’s a scalable, smart and user-first platform that supports collaboration, speeds up negotiation and gives teams across the business the tools they need to move fast, stay compliant and work together effectively. What do you dislike about Juro?

There are a few areas that still need refining. When contracts become highly dynamic, involving many rules, questions and logic layers, the platform can sometimes slow down or fail to load properly, impacting productivity. These performance issues tend to occur most frequently when templates are used beyond their basic functionality.

In terms of usability, some features could be more intuitive. Setting up or editing more complex templates can be time-consuming and may require some trial and error.

Additionally, some integrations — such as those with DocuSign — can be unreliable or limited in functionality. While these features are useful in theory, they can be inconsistent in practice.

Overall, Juro is a valuable tool that supports efficient contract workflows. However, performance, ease of use and certain integrations are areas where improvement would make a meaningful difference. With continued development, it has the potential to become even more seamless and powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing all-in-one contract management platform - couldn't recommend highly enough!"
5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Juro has been such a fantastic tool for streamlining our contract process and making both the team and wider company more efficient.

The platform is really intuitive and easy to use and the ability to store all of our contracts and documents in one centralised place means less time is spent on smaller admin tasks and the risk of errors is minimised. The interface looks great and the branding feels super polished and professional (an opinion shared by both our internal and external users).

We're consistently impressed by how the system continues to evolve and add further value. Additions such as the AI Extract and Assistant features have been a real benefit and we're now able to upload client contracts and get an immediate overview highlighting key areas to review based on the parameters we've set. These updates really demonstrate how tuned in Juro is to the current legal tech landscape and their commitment to evolving in line with these needs.

A stand out for us is the level of service and support you receive from the team, from onboarding to day-to-day queries, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure you're getting the most out of the platform. Their live chat feature is great, they offer a huge library of written resources, and our CSM is always available to help when needed. The emphasis on providing a community for legal and operations professionals really is really a unique part of their offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

Sometimes it can be tricky to encourage third-party uptake of certain features (not the fault of Juro!), like redlining within the platform, however, the ability to upload documents (Word/PDF) directly into the platform, along with further improvements to Word integrations, means the process runs much more smoothly and doesn’t become a blocker. "Juro helped us scale contract automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Juro has been great for our contract management workflows and we use it daily throughout much of our organization. Its intuitive interface, powerful template functionality, and smartfields have helped us in the Legal team enable our Sales teams to create and negotiate standard contracts with far less involvement from Legal. By leveraging access levels and rule-based automations, we’ve been able to scale our contracting process while maintaining control and consistency.

The platform is very easy to use — both for Legal and non-legal users — which helped drive adoption across departments. The integration options have also been key to embedding Juro seamlessly into our sales tech stack, including e.g. Slack and HubSpot.

Template functionality is a particular highlight: smartfields, conditions, and approval flows allow us to build compliant, flexible templates that empower the business. This has freed up significant time for the Legal team and helped accelerate deal velocity.

We have used Juro for several years and remain a happy customer. Customer support is mostly responsive and helpful and often listens to our feedback.

We are also excited about some new and upcoming AI functionality which we think could help us make our contracting processes even more efficient. Overall we think Juro offers a great balance between control and self-service and is the perfect tool for fast-growing teams, in particular SaaS businesses, where Sales and Legal work closely together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

Some areas of improvement include:

- A master template capability (we have many similar templates for different jurisdictions so when we need to make a change it gets time-consuming to make the same changes across all templates, in particular when involving rules)

- A dedicated IT-interface for more granular system-level settings, e.g. provisioning group and access levels by the IT department.

- Improvements to the search functionality, which sometimes misses relevant documents or metadata.

We understand some of these areas are on the roadmap, and we’re excited about the upcoming product releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Juro - The Effective Legal Tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Juro?

Juro, as a whole is an easy to use, creative, helpful and efficient legal and commercial tool. On a separate note, the Customer Service and Customer Support offered and provided is comprehensive, attentive and helpful. Juro offers, training, learning and assistance to those using Juro, and provides several approaches to implementation and integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juro?

Juro has many great features, but ideally there would be more available, and in a slightly quicker time frame. From a practical point of view, the Juro esigning tool, would benefit from some additional features, better presentation, application, and compatibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
