Manual steps for filling in Smartfields, sending for Signing when doc is fully approved, manual changes in Templates, no possibility to keep metadata with all our Companies details (which allows to update templates automatically), no possibility to switch between legal entities (we have around 35), access given by groups but not by each person (a lot of users see all document, when they actually should see only one). Also, the reminders aren’t always that useful or easy to work with. On top of that, I’d prefer to receive an update if a document still hasn’t been signed after some time, because that information can sometimes get lost, and it’s important for us to keep all documents up to date.
