Jupiter is a free loan origination system (LOS) and borrower point-of-sale built for independent U.S. mortgage brokerages and loan officers. It helps LOs spend less time chasing documents and more time closing loans. Borrowers apply through a broker-branded, mobile-friendly portal that asks only relevant questions. It automatically requests the documents each file needs and sends smart reminders until they’re in. Everything lands in one file, so nothing gets lost between email, point tools and lender portals. LOs can pull credit and run AUS without leaving the workflow, so they catch problems before a file reaches the lender. They can submit directly to Rocket, or export in MISMO 3.4 for any lender they choose. Built-in Mortgage Call Report (MCR) tools turn quarterly NMLS reporting from hours of manual reconciliation into a guided process. Jupiter is built by Lendesk, and runs on the same technology as Finmo, which more than 10,000 Canadian brokers use. Jupiter is SOC 2 Type II audited, and originators keep full control of their data with lenders only seeing data that is submitted directly to them.
