The data plane and control plane hierarchy are unique and interesting features. The graphical user interface makes it easy to implement changes on the devices and thus can be accessed frequently. SPAN and RSPAN is one of the problems i was working on. i feel It is quite simplified in Cisco but in Juniper it is a bit confusing. I actually work for a ISP and Cable TV company. I have to say, that the Juniper Networks Switching, is the most stable platform for any service company. When I was a beginner in JUNOS, I used to use some command: commit check, commit confirm, and finally, Rollback :). Install a Juniper Switching and forget about support, cause it never fail.
