At first it was a little confusing to find the info you wanted but that is no longer an issue. With it being on that, there’s no limit to what you can add to your Jungo software; business texting, voicemail drops, yesware software which is perfect for knowing when leads open emails and when they do. We have texts, videos and calls scheduled years in advance to keep ourselves top of mind with prospective buyers. **What do you dislike about Jungo: The Mortgage App?** The support desk is basically useless. a couple girls on our team have had to figure out everything on their own. Once you figure everything out it is easy enough but the start up was rough. Also if you hit one of your open tasks on the app it marks it complete which is dangerous. **Recommendations to others considering Jungo: The Mortgage App:** Its a great system but it is pricey. The monthly fee only gives you access to the basics and if you want them to help with additional campaigns and such you have to pay for them (or have a team that will figure it out) but that takes a long time to get going. **What problems is Jungo: The Mortgage App solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem we solved was now having "set it and forget it" campaigns that our last CRM didn't have.
