It supports for customer retention as it gives personalized experience. It also provide working from single dashboard for contacting customers across different platforms.

Customer service. It's a good product to work with. It needs better support services.

**What problems is Jungleworkd Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making it easier to store and access large size of data. Be it employee data or be their performance details which is helpful at the time of appraisals. Also , it bas separate data storing capacity for suppliers and vendors.  It makes it easy to manage the salaries and payments section of the business.
