Most importantly engagement levels are high and organisational feedback demonstrates that the method and content is very well received. The level of support provided by the supplier is also exemplary and they often seek customer feedback and have a proven record of this feeding into the development of the tool. **What do you dislike about Junglemap?** Very little - there is scope for improvement with any product but I have to say only minor things with this tool, for example the training content provided following a phish simulation currently needs to be customised per phish so if you have a randomised phish sim with multiple templates and customise training content associated with one of the templates it's not automatically updated in the training content on another phish template. **What problems is Junglemap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maintaining organisational awareness around information security and data protection matters keeping it at the forefront of our users minds and also increasing/maintaining engagement by including content relevant to staff at home and at work. ### 10.
