The integration with our internal technologies and environment is working without noticable errors. We use the platform almost on a daily basis and send lessons on a 5-week-cadence but the plans/activities are also accessible 24/7 a day, based on the configurations on specific plans. Wasn't involved in the implementation-phase of the platform when it was purchased. **What do you dislike about Junglemap?** The phishing simulation functionality is lacking data features that gives us information about when a users interacts with a phishing simulation. The UI/UX of phishing simulations are also hard coded so us, the customer, have to rely on their internal work and product features. The overall customer support can be at times slow on responding when support is urgent. **What problems is Junglemap solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform allows us to execute Cybersecurity Awareness Program at the company on a global scale with a solution simple to administrate, change and collect data about the trainings for users in different countries, departments and teams. ### 2. NIce bite-sized courses. Very easy to adapt existing course material and phishing tests, and the AI module allows you to make new courses quite simple. A good price for a good service. **What do you dislike about Junglemap?** I would have liked a better online reporting service (or better help texts for generating reports). I usually find it easier to download the raw data files and treat them in a spreadsheet. **What problems is Junglemap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were in need for building a security culture program. Junglemap is a good service for surveying existing knowledsge and making a set of lessions, both timed and on-demand. Phishing tests is becoming more or less mandatory, and Junglemap has a large set of examples/templates in several languages. ### 3. Security awareness & training made easy **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Magnus R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2024 **What do you like best about Junglemap?** We've been using Junglemap for roughly four years now and have been pleased overall with the services they offer: -Simple and intuitive platform without too many bells and whistles. -Good selection of user-guides to get you started. -Extensive library of content that you can choose from - Security, GDPR, Compliance etc. -Easy to set up distributions with lesson invitations sent out via email. -Professional support and quick reponse time - shout out to Customer Success Manager Julia! -Attractive pricing model where you pay a flat fee for unlimited number of users (add-ons cost extra). An excellent choice if you are a company going from zero looking to implement a new security awarenesss platform - especially if budget is an obstacle. Overall Junglemap is a good choice if you are looking to get up and running quickly with your training. The platform is easy to use and it's cheap compared to other solutions, but you still get a lot of bang for your buck with good and professional support. **What do you dislike about Junglemap?** Depending on your needs here are a few downsides: -Can't export content to your company's own LMS, you have to use Junglemap's. -Styling / layout of lessons is quite rigid and there are limited options. -Potential compatability issues depending on your company's IT-setup, particularly with regards to the Phishing tool. -If you have budget to spend there are solutions out there offering more advanced functionality, libraries with more content (posters, videos, graphics etc.). **What problems is Junglemap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Junglemap provides us with a platform to reach all our employees in a simple and effective way. Because the lessons are short, 3-4 minutes, we don't take too much of the company's valuable time and employees don't get annoyed or bored with the content. With monthly manager reports we are able to ensure follow-up on those employees who are not completing their lessons. Soon the Phishing test tool will also be implemented which will be a big step up from what we had previously. ### 4.
