What do you like best about Jungle Scout?

We use Jungle Scout in a variety of ways to support our business. Whenever there is a problem with any of the reports or we need assistance, the Jungle Scout team is just the best. They reply so fast when you submit a ticket - sometimes within a couple of hours. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jungle Scout?

Downloading some of the product tracker reports is clunky but the informations is still useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is easy to navigate with great amazon plugin intagration and useful backlog of training videos to get started.

What do you like best about Jungle Scout?

The price is comparable to other softwares with some good product research and analytical tools for your E commerce business. When I contacted customer support, they were super pro active in helping me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jungle Scout?

I did think that the beginner subscription should have a bit more availability to the tools offered as lots of start up businesses don't necessarily need the middle program at the very beginning but could benefit from other perks that are offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
