I like how easy their website is to use and how real time their reporting is so that you can make better decisions based on accurate metrics. It's helped us to identify new products, problems with our listings, and helped us to optimize our ad spend. It was very easy to implement and integrate with amazon. Their customer support actually cares and they respond so fast, it's refreshing because amazon customer support is about as good as tiktok.
