I was hounded for months to sign up for a trial, then had issues unsubscribing. I tried unsubbing after a payment was processed, but my membership was kept active and the payment happened again the next month. When I noticed I cancelled again and tried to delete my CC information unsuccessfully. The "search by text" feature has a ton of potential. It will probably take a little time to perfect -- BUT you can send a request to their team describing the type of image you are looking for, and they will send you curated suggestions!

Their image editor has a lot of great features, however it's missing a few of the basics, including a gridline with tools to help center/align text and other elements you add.

The text input does not let you center-align text; if you want centered text, you have to add separate lines and the "eyeball" to see if they are properly lined up.

I would like to able to resize the image while keeping the overall frame the same - that way I can have a separate background area to add text. With this feature, you would completely replace Canva ;).

I was looking for this kind of recourse for years, to have all in one (stock photos, footages, music, fonts, vector cliparts and other cool stuff) that come with license to use. Roadmap is impressive, also I boought lifetime deal that means a lof for me. Price is average, not too cheap, however, not so expensive for this kind of recourse. Not only is their selection of images and videos vast and varied, but they will actually help you find what you're looking for if you ask. Sometimes the quality of the videos aren't great. For example I was looking for a time lapse of the sunrise but the video had someone coming in and out of the frame to reset the camera. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most is the selection of so many non-stock looking photos as well as the ability to edit and crop the photos within the website before downloading. It also has an assistant tool that you can tell them what you are looking for and a human emails you back some curated selections. And I must say it works well!

The ability to search for photos by using a block of content is great as well! You can paste some of your blog article in and it will present you with photos that match your blog! Really amazing feature.

I had some tech related questions early on and I swear they responded within minutes. This is always great to see how support will be in the long term.

There is such a wide selection of photos and on top of that there is access to illustrations and videos as well. This makes it truly a one stop shop for all things stock. I love the added services that JumpStory offers. I received (human) help finding the right image for my use twice, and I have used the clear background feature a few times as well.
