What do you like best about JumpCloud?

1. It is easy to use

2. superfast customer support responses

3. All-in-one feature-packed product, including - IAM, MDM, RADIUS, Password Manager, and Remote Assist.

4. It supports directory integration like Workday, O365/M365

5. Easy to deploy

6. Lifecycle management is much better now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

1. Device management is complex

2. Jumpcloud Agent Lacks remediation- e.g. if the agent is not contacting the console it doesn't remediate itself

3. Issue with Bitlocker key not found or it is unable to fully encrypt the device.

4. Patch is there but reporting is not at par

5. You need to know scripting to be able to write scripts to pull reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

It supports multi-platform, Windows and MAC - MDM, JC has Radius Server with is a big Plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
