"Streamlined User & Device Management"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I like JumpCloud's simple SSO and the user interface that make user management easier. The laptop agent for managing MacBooks is particularly useful for me, saving me countless hours setting up laptops and deploying devices. I also appreciate that JumpCloud combines user management and device management, which was a key reason for switching from previous solutions like OneLogin and Addigy MDM. The initial setup was super easy, which is a great plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

The initial setup of JumpCloud could be more straightforward, especially during the QR code and 'I Already have an app' portion. Many iPhone users mistakenly scan the QR code with their camera, similar to how they would scan a restaurant menu. It needs to be easier to understand for less tech-savvy users. "Effortless Device Management with JumpCloud"
4/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I like the ease of use of JumpCloud, as by simply installing the JumpCloud agent onto our employee devices, we get a full suite of management capabilities. I really enjoy not having to manually remind people to keep their devices up to date since we can schedule these updates from the admin portal. Also, JumpCloud makes it easy to manage access to our software solutions from a central and secure place, and it streamlines the device enrollment process while ensuring our employee devices are always kept up to date through the MDM solution. The initial setup was fairly easy, with a learning curve that was not steep, and after a few YouTube videos and online articles, the setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

Nothing that I can think of at the moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Device Management, Needs Better Support"
3.5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I like that the JumpCloud UI is pretty simple to use, which makes it easier for me to manage devices. It's convenient having macOS and Windows management all in the same place, saving me time since I don't need to jump between different systems. The data from the devices helps me check OS versions and app versions efficiently. I also appreciate the search bar that quickly finds anything, from devices to users, with just a click. The initial setup was easy for us; creating users, integrating with Google, deploying apps, and running scripts were all intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

I think the support team can improve, a lot of times we tried to get their support but they have not helped or found a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

Jumpcloud feels like the perfect solution for me, providing a cloud-synced directory service with Linux integration that works smoothly and without any hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

Honestly, I couldn’t find any features I dislike in Jumpcloud. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the per-user rate can feel a bit high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Device Management, Needs Better App Assignment"
4/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I really appreciate JumpCloud for its ease of use and the depth of information it provides in a single pane of glass. It allows me to collect lots of data in one view instead of tabbing through multiple apps. It's very easy to set up, which is a huge plus. Plus, it helps us quickly spin up new Macs and get them configured exactly the way we need for new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

Assigning apps to devices could be improved. I find it challenging to see which device groups have which apps, and the workflow to view apps attached to devices and device groups isn't easy to navigate. I regularly make suggestions using the console, indicating there are areas for improvement in the user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless and Intuitive Solution for Small Business Management"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I love JumpCloud for its capabilities and functionality, along with the support team's super helpful nature. Their documentation is excellent, both on their site and across the web. The onboarding experience was great, with consistent feature updates making everything work smoothly. It's really a lifesaver for managing multiple devices like iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. The thing I like the most is how simple and intuitive it is to use, with easy navigation and the ability to add devices effortlessly. JumpCloud's capability to deploy MDM profiles across different devices is well thought out. Their software catalog for pre-installing and keeping software updated is great, as is their policy management. The initial setup was straightforward with good YouTube tutorials. The overall user experience is very intuitive and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

There are not many cons to the platform. If anything could be improved, I would say a more robust software catalog for deploying different software versus me having to package them myself would be the only thing I would add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Identity and Device Management"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I find JumpCloud great for managing user accounts, groups, and devices, especially for Active Directory services. It makes identity and device management easy for me. I really like the intuitive UI, where all options are laid out efficiently. It's easy to create user accounts and groups, and I love how smooth it is to make and push policies to devices. It even lets me know instantly if there's an issue with the policy. The device management page summary is a big help, as I can quickly see the status of policy issuance. The MFA configurations and conditional access policy processes are as straightforward as they can be. Also, I really liked the seasonal themes introduced and wish they could be updated quarterly, allowing admins like me to set them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

I really liked the season themes that you guys introduced. I wish if you can make this a quarterly thing where a new theme is introduced and we as admins can set it on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jumpcloud’s All-in-One IT Management That Just Works"
4/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

The best part of Jumpcloud is its all-in-one functionality and the range of tools it provides. MDM, platform, and user management are essential for an IT team, and Jumpcloud includes all of them in one place. Everything is integrated so smoothly that it makes it easier to resolve multiple different issues without jumping between separate systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

A lot of the scripting doesn’t feel very functional or correct. Some of the scripting-related documentation also seems out of date. On top of that, there’s a lot of visual clutter on the screen (tons of things to click and choose from) which can be pretty overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Device and User Management with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I use JumpCloud for managing devices, users, policies, inventory, and applications. I appreciate how it automates patch management and helps segregate policies, which streamlines our processes. It is notably easy to manage users through user groups and devices through device groups. This feature allows us to efficiently segregate users and desktops based on their line of business, making our management tasks simpler. Setting up JumpCloud was super easy for me, and as a first-timer, I easily adapted to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

What I see is sometimes the loading times takes long. Also being able to search for multiple devices or multiple users will be super useful especially when there's a bulk users that needed to be bounded to certain user groups or devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"JumpCloud Centralizes Identity, Access, and Device Management Effortlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

What I like best about JumpCloud is how it centralizes identity, access, and device management in a single platform. It makes it easy to manage users, devices, and permissions across different operating systems and cloud applications without needing multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

One downside of JumpCloud is that the initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex, especially for teams that are new to identity and device management platforms. It may take some time to fully understand all of the available features and properly configure policies, integrations, and device management settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
