We can find the daily used tool on jumpcloud. no longer needs to find the different software for our needs. The report sometimes doesn’t show the issue directly, so we have to figure it out ourselves. About two weeks ago, we ran into a problem where one of the programs wouldn’t load on the computer after we updated it on JumpCloud. We found that the installer had downloaded to the machine, but for some reason it didn’t load properly. My manager worked with the Jumpcloud technician to fix the issue during the weekend.
