What I find most helpful about JumpCloud is its cloud-based environment, which makes it straightforward to implement and easy to use for both users and admins.
Security is also a factor that helps, as is ease of use for IT admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I find least helpful about JumpCloud is that the pricing can go up, and you end up paying extra even if you’re already using an enterprise package like Workspace or MS Enterprise. Also, because it relies on an installed agent, it can be difficult to connect if that software gets tampered with or breaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
