I really enjoy not having to manually remind people to keep their devices up to date since we can schedule these updates from the admin portal. Also, JumpCloud makes it easy to manage access to our software solutions from a central and secure place, and it streamlines the device enrollment process while ensuring our employee devices are always kept up to date through the MDM solution. I love JumpCloud for its capabilities and functionality, along with the support team's super helpful nature. Their documentation is excellent, both on their site and across the web. The onboarding experience was great, with consistent feature updates making everything work smoothly. It's really a lifesaver for managing multiple devices like iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. The thing I like the most is how simple and intuitive it is to use, with easy navigation and the ability to add devices effortlessly. JumpCloud's capability to deploy MDM profiles across different devices is well thought out. Their software catalog for pre-installing and keeping software updated is great, as is their policy management. The initial setup was straightforward with good YouTube tutorials. I find JumpCloud great for managing user accounts, groups, and devices, especially for Active Directory services. It makes identity and device management easy for me. I really like the intuitive UI, where all options are laid out efficiently. It's easy to create user accounts and groups, and I love how smooth it is to make and push policies to devices. It even lets me know instantly if there's an issue with the policy. The device management page summary is a big help, as I can quickly see the status of policy issuance. The MFA configurations and conditional access policy processes are as straightforward as they can be. What I like best about JumpCloud is how it centralizes identity, access, and device management in a single platform. JumpCloud makes it incredibly easy to manage users, devices, and access from a single cloud platform. I love that it supports Windows, macOS, and Linux equally well — no need for separate tools. The SSO and MFA integrations work seamlessly, and onboarding/offboarding users takes just a few clicks. What do you dislike about JumpCloud? ometimes policy updates or device syncs can take a few minutes to reflect, especially on remote endpoints.
