We connected it to Google Workspace and Slack to have new accounts synced. Once it was implemented, it simply became part of our workflow and saved us time per week. **What do you dislike about JumpCloud?** The issue with this is most concerning to me because I find it difficult to experiment with policies due to the fact that some of the settings are fixed. I am in the platform all the time, and restrictions are felt very quickly. There are parts that appear to have been half-constructed. Customer support is not always quick, but reliable, and it slows down some of our rollouts. The same applies for attempts to add new users or change settings for a given policy. Changes being synced across all apps, given my experience, does not happen in real-time which causes delays.
