## JumpCloud Reviews
 ### 1. Easy-to-Use, Versatile User and Device Management with JumpCloud

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

JumpCloud is very easy to use and versatile. You can manage users and devices from a single service, set up RADIUS servers, integrate SSO via SAML, and synchronize authentication across platforms.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The JumpCloud agent that manages devices frequently go offline. We haven't discovered the reason behind it. But it's easy enough to restart the service/process.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unifying authentication across platforms makes your life easier. That also made an AD infrastructure redundant, saving you countless hours and dollars.

 ### 2. Streamlined Onboarding with Intuitive Hurdles regarding retrieval of devices.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie G. | Director of Technical Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I find JumpCloud to be a worthwhile option for managing Apple and Windows devices in our company. It significantly simplifies the onboarding and offboarding processes, making them almost effortless.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I find the initial setup process somewhat challenging and not overly intuitive, especially concerning the linking of user groups to device groups, which can lead to system crashes. Additionally, the support services are inconsistent; while some representatives are excellent, others appear inexperienced and require extra time for research, leading to delays. Moreover, there is a recurring issue with computers not responding to network credentials when offline, which affects our mobile employees. Also - it is hard to know where a locked computer is. It is also near impossible to remove an iCloud account.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud for streamlined onboarding and offboarding, simplifying equipment and app distribution, which prevents multiple accounts on different devices. It boosts employee compliance with equipment return policies and eases my workflow by enabling rapid equipment turnaround.

 ### 3. Unified Asset Management with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quentin A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like that JumpCloud keeps everything in one place, including its own SSO and MFA solutions, making asset management and tracking customer devices seamless. The user interface is very easy to use, which I appreciate. JumpCloud always seems ahead of the scale, looking to improve and taking feedback very well. If there's something we need to add or fix, it's usually addressed promptly within the next couple of days. Their customer support is amazing as well. Additionally, using JumpCloud to manage and push out CrowdStrike was very helpful, with the setup information being great and rollout seamless.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Sometimes JumpCloud seems to be behind on a couple of things. They got the asset management piece down, but it was a little late. Also, a lot of applications aren't integrated with JumpCloud, like certain things using SCIM, which could provide some challenges. Setting up applications in tools like Jamf, Kanji, or Mozo is a bit easier and more user-friendly. I'd like to see JumpCloud improve in that area.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud keeps everything in one place, integrating SSO, MFA, and asset management, reducing the need for multiple third-party solutions.

 ### 4. Streamlined IT Management with Initial Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I use JumpCloud as an MDM for my nonprofit organization, and it definitely streamlines the deployment of technology, apps, and people management for IT tasks, making my workflow much more efficient. I think the ease of access once everything is set up is fairly straightforward and easy to use. The UI is really great and not convoluted to use. The Password Manager is a great addition. I value the MDM features for device enrollment, deployment, and management.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

It's pretty difficult to get everything all set up unless you speak IT. For smaller organizations there's a lot of terminology and cumbersome process to do. It was a bit difficult, but nothing terrifying. It did take some support hours with Professional Services to get it to where it needed to be.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud streamlines technology deployment, app management, and people management, making my workflow more efficient.

 ### 5. Efficient Asset Management, Needs Remote Fix Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdirahman A.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I use JumpCloud for managing access and fixing IT issues, which I find very efficient. It makes it very easy to manage fleets under one platform. The commands features are particularly helpful, along with the strict insights and data into devices. It allows us to remotely fix bugs and resolve issues instead of needing to physically travel to the location of the device. The initial setup of JumpCloud was very easy.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I dislike that the ability to send Ctrl-Alt-Delete is only partially working, and the ability to properly restart the computer is also a problem. When remotely connecting to a device, even if the device is just locked, it fails to send Ctrl-Alt-Delete and restart requests, which means I can't get the device back to a remote connectable state.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud to manage access and fix IT issues remotely, saving travel time. It simplifies asset management and provides detailed insights and command features for device issues.

 ### 6. Robust SSO, Needs Better Data Presentation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** prasanna k. | Senior SEO Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I use JumpCloud for SSO login for my laptop, and it connects seamlessly to apps like Slack, Google Workspace, and Salesforce via SSO. I appreciate that it enforces MFA to keep my accounts secure. It secures the WiFi, and I like how my company consolidates all tools into one platform with JumpCloud. Having all of my apps stored in JumpCloud is convenient because whenever I want to log in, I can just go there. The feature where even the laptop password and JumpCloud password are the same is helpful for preventing unauthorized access. Besides, JumpCloud enforces conditional access, not only checking the password but also verifying if the laptop is managed by the company, blocking login if any check fails. Additionally, the initial setup was smooth for me.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I don't like that JumpCloud asks for a password change every quarter, which gets me out of password in my muscle memory. The way it presents collected data from logins and device details needs improvement.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud consolidates all my tools into one platform, secures my WiFi, and provides SSO login for apps like Slack and Salesforce. It enforces MFA and conditional access for enhanced security, ensuring only authorized devices can log in.

 ### 7. Central identity and device management with SSO & Conditional Access that accelerates onboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

What convinces me the most is the central management of all identities and devices on one platform. Particularly helpful is the combination of Device Management (macOS/Windows), SSO, and Conditional Access. I can fully onboard new employees within a few minutes – register the device, assign policies, distribute software, and control access to SaaS tools.

Also positive is the clear structure of the policies. Changes (e.g., password rules, MFA enforcement, or device configurations) take effect immediately and are transparently traceable. This saves manual interventions and reduces support effort.

Another advantage is the integration with common SaaS services. SSO and automatic provisioning (SCIM) significantly simplify user management and minimize sources of error.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Partially, the user interface appears less intuitive with more complex configurations (e.g., nested policies or conditional access). Certain settings are distributed across multiple areas, which complicates navigation and is time-consuming.

The reporting could also be more detailed and flexible. Customizable reports or more comprehensible audit logs would simplify the analysis of changes and security events.

Additionally, clearer transparency in licensing models and feature dependencies would be helpful to better plan costs and scope of functions.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the introduction, we had distributed systems for user management, device management, and SaaS access. Onboarding and offboarding were manual, error-prone, and time-consuming. Access rights had to be maintained separately in multiple tools, leading to inconsistencies and security risks.

With JumpCloud, we manage identities, devices, and SSO centrally. New employees are fully set up in a short time (device, policies, MFA, SaaS access). Offboarding is done with a few clicks, immediately revoking access.

This noticeably reduces administrative effort, lowers the risk of forgotten permissions, and significantly accelerates internal processes. Additionally, we have more transparency over device compliance and user activities.

 ### 8. Centralized Identity & Device Management Made Easy with JumpCloud

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

JumpCloud provides a centralized platform to manage users, devices, and access control across cloud and on-prem environments. I particularly appreciate the ease of implementation and the unified identity management approach. The interface is intuitive, policy management is straightforward, and integrations with SSO, MFA, and device management simplify operations. It reduces dependency on traditional AD infrastructure while maintaining strong security controls.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

While JumpCloud is feature-rich, advanced configurations and troubleshooting sometimes require deeper documentation or support involvement. Reporting and audit logs could be more granular and customizable. In larger environments, policy management can become complex, and clearer visibility into policy inheritance and conflicts would be helpful.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud is solving the challenge of managing user identities and access centrally without relying on traditional on-prem Active Directory infrastructure. It allows us to control authentication, enforce security policies, and manage user lifecycle processes (onboarding, role changes, offboarding) from a single cloud-based directory.

This significantly reduces operational overhead, improves security through centralized MFA and access controls, and ensures consistent policy enforcement across systems and applications. It has streamlined identity governance while supporting a distributed and cloud-first environment.

 ### 9. Empowers Non-IT Teams with Ease

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I really appreciate the granularity JumpCloud offers, allowing me to control both small and big things effectively. As someone who isn't an IT technician, I find it especially valuable that I can log in, understand it, and make it work without needing an IT department. The user-friendly interface gives us the autonomy to manage IT ourselves, which is crucial since our focus is elsewhere in the organization. It means we can handle 40 to 50 devices without making IT management a big part of our jobs, so we can concentrate on our actual work. We've been able to make it work for us, and so far, we're very pleased with it.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The UI could do with some updating.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud helps manage many computers in a non-IT department, providing a simple interface and autonomy. It allows us to monitor, control, and secure our assets, making it manageable for someone like me, freeing us to focus on our core work.

 ### 10. Smooth Setup, Needs Better MDM for Mac/Linux

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay V. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I use JumpCloud for user management and find it makes support engineer work easier and better for management purposes. The MDM feature is also something I like, and I find the initial setup to be smooth.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

MDM for Mac and Linux needs to be improved well. I need robust solutions like Windows in Linux and Mac environments.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud simplifies user and end device management, making support engineers' work easier and improving management purposes.

 ### 11. Streamlined Identity and Device Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like JumpCloud's easy-to-understand UI, which made it simple for our onboarded IT personnel to get accustomed to it. The MDM is fast and efficient when sending commands like wipe, lock, shut down, or reset. I also find that automation works well with JumpCloud, and it's really nice to be able to do everything through the APIs, making our lives easier by building our automation workflows.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I think asset management could be improved to actually serve as an asset inventory for the company. In the MDM, the segregation between MDM enrolled or MDM not enrolled is too shallow. We have to use hostnames for naming to differentiate between company employee laptops and servers.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud for identity management, SSO, and automated onboarding. It solves automatic workload by integrating SSO access, and MDM helps track assets efficiently. Automation with APIs simplifies building workflows, making my life easier.

 ### 12. Simplifies User and Device Management with Strong Security

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajendra M. | Assistant CISO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

JumpCloud makes it easy to manage users and devices in one place. The biggest upside is how it simplifies access across different systems while keeping security strong. It saves time, reduces hassle, and works well for remote teams as well.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

It’s not always plug‑and‑play — setup and troubleshooting can require more time than expected. Costs can add up as the team scales.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud helps us centralize user and device management. It solves the hassle of juggling multiple tools for logins, security, and access control. It’s especially useful for remote teams - making onboarding, offboarding, and secure access much smoother.

 ### 13. Jumpcloud: An Admin review.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

Simple to implement and able to manage all major operating systems like macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux. It also includes features such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Device Management (MDM), Conditional Access policies, and Single Sign-On (SSO) across SaaS applications. As an admin, it’s easy to manage, and the new asset management feature is a great addition

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Earlier, as an admin, we were able to migrate a user profile from one machine to another. Recently, however, we have not been able to migrate it. On the other hand, it is a good security feature that prevents users from migrating data from one system to another.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an admin, it helps me manage most SaaS applications, users, and devices centrally. It also enables MFA and, most importantly, provides better visibility and centralized access control, as well as the radius feature.

 ### 14. Comprehensive Security with Intuitive Monitoring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like that JumpCloud has an intuitive dashboard that makes it easy to monitor my company's machines. The functionality offered is exactly what we need.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The initial setup was a little difficult given that we already had machines running local accounts and there's no way for Jumpcloud to either take over or remove those accounts. For non-local employees, there's a bit of hassle to get machines set up for the first time. It's not easy to find and view the output from command history. Insights/logs could be a bit more granular and include some more items (for example, it would be nice to see the output from historical connection probes and not just login events).

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use JumpCloud to monitor for compliance and ensure security in case of device loss or theft

 ### 15. JumpCloud keeps work access organized and safe and in a very simple way

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elavarasan S. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I think what I like the most is how it solves all those little login annoyances that added up every morning. I sign in just once and am instantly connected to all my work tools like from email to project dashboards and hence no password juggling. It’s like having a single reliable “key” to open everything I need for the day and keeps me sharply focused rather than continuously clicking on reset my password or hunt down the access link.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

All I know is that the only issues I’ve run into so far other than being asked to request a receive verify or duplicate receive verify (which has happened maybe 3 times, all while switching wifi) is on their side especially while travelling. But once you get through that it does do a good job of maintaining and managing of your information.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud essentially takes the headache out of managing dozens of logins for a variety of apps. It centralizes and secures your life, meaning less password fatigue, fewer access problems and quicker onboarding for new teammates and it does give me a feeling of ease and safety every time I sign in.

 ### 16. Easy User & Device Management, but Setup Can Be Complex at First

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like how easy it is to use, and how it lets me manage users, devices, and access from a single platform.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

It can feel a bit complex to set up and configure at first, especially when you’re just getting started.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is having a single place to manage user accounts, permissions, and device access, rather than juggling separate systems for each application. It makes onboarding much simpler and more straightforward.

 ### 17. Intuitive, Cost-Effective Alternative to Active Directory with Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

the product is intuitive and easy to use. It's cheaper than using Active Directory, but offers similar capabilities. support is responsive and helpful. The remote connect feature is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Integration isn't as smooth as Active Directory. the provisioning package installation has some limitations, and sometimes the remote connect doesn't work properly. implementing group policy is also more challenging than with Active Directory. Configuring "domain" user accounts on the workstation is also more challenging

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user and device management tool it meets our needs at a cheaper cost than Active Directory.

 ### 18. Strong Password Policies & Centralized Device Control with JumpCloud

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurang A. | Senior Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

JumpCloud offers strong password policy enforcement, allowing admins to set complexity, password history, expiration, and lockout rules consistently across users and systems. This helps maintain secure credentials across Windows, macOS, and Linux without relying on separate tools. On macOS in particular, JumpCloud can also enforce system-level update restrictions and configurations through policies, giving organizations more control over when and how updates roll out, which is helpful for stability in managed fleets. Ease of implementation is reasonably good, since policies are applied centrally through the JumpCloud Directory Platform. For security-focused teams, its integration with MFA and SSO further strengthens overall identity hygiene.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

As an end-user working on a company-managed device through MDM, I find that some policies feel overly restrictive and lack transparency. Password requirements and system update restrictions are enforced, but there aren’t clear in-product explanations for why certain actions are blocked or what specific policy is being applied. This can make it hard to troubleshoot issues or even understand the limitations I’m running into. The overall user experience would improve with clearer notifications, better visibility into which policies are active, and more user-friendly guidance when security controls prevent an action.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud addresses the challenge of managing centralized identity and security policies across both users and devices. It allows IT teams to enforce consistent password policies—such as complexity requirements, expiration rules, and lockout settings—while also providing system control on macOS (for example, scheduling updates or applying restrictions) from a single platform. As a result, teams can reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and streamline device management without relying on multiple disconnected tools.

 ### 19. JumpCloud streamlines user management and enhances security for our business.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill B. | SecOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I rely on JumpCloud daily—it’s a critical tool for our business operations. Setting up applications is straightforward, and managing user accounts is even simpler. The role-based permission management significantly reduces complexity, allowing us to handle user access quickly and easily. As a SecOps engineer, I particularly value how effortlessly I can access the machines needed for evidence collection during audits. We have hundreds of users, more than 50 applications, and 15 teams, so managing authentication without JumpCloud would be a nightmare. JumpCloud simplifies the process, making user permissions easier to manage and audit. I also appreciate the API, which allows us to integrate Jumpcloud into our log management, SIEM/XDR, GRC, and audit evidence-gathering scripts.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I have a few minor suggestions. Making it easier to manage ingress logs and forward them to our SIEM and log management platform—ideally without having to depend so much on the API—would improve the overall experience. Additionally, the structure can get a bit tangled. For example, users are assigned to user groups, which are then linked to device groups, and at scale, it becomes challenging to trace which user is associated with which device group. While this complexity is probably inevitable for large organizations, it would be helpful if there were a more straightforward way to manage these relationships.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud really simplifies the process of managing user access and permissions across all our applications and teams. With the large number of users and apps we have, handling authentication manually would be extremely difficult, but JumpCloud streamlines the whole process. It also saves me a significant amount of time when I need to access machines for audits, and the role-based access controls help us maintain security without unnecessary complications. Everything stays organized and secure, but without the usual complexity. Since we are required to comply with PCI-DSS, trying to meet those standards without the JumpCloud platform would be a real challenge.

 ### 20. IT tool that simplifies the job

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto P. | Executive, Marketing and IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

Allows a small IT department to manage large amounts of software and equipments through policies and alerts. Making it easier to keep the apps and machines safe . Simple to implement on new machines. The support has been excellent and timely

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

initially you will receive lots of alerts, hence users get a bit annoyed until they get used to it.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating issues directly to the user or machine with the issue. the finding of the issues and reporting. Directory creation. Helped us improving the microsoft secure score.

 ### 21. JumpCloud Directory and MDM Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jourdan S. | Lead Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

The simple interface, easy to navigate, tons of kb resources, ease of support and mostly onboarding and binding of policies can be reversed or re-implement quickly with little down time.

Daily review of device and user policies with immediate feedback are quite useful features. Integration and validtion with third party applications are quite universal and easy to understand.

Customer support is great and most questions are being addressed immediately with professionalism.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Lack of granular controls for devices between Standard and Full Administrator users.

Unable to assign specific Win 11 user access rights to managed applications, where more access can be granted to Standard users to overcome UAC controls.

Lack of DLP controls to allow offline management of Mobile Devices (e.g. device to wipe after x number of failed logins)
Lack of feature to bind commands or setup login scripts (maybe not easy to find) during initial login/setup of domain devices .

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IAM and Directory Services are seamless to access across Multi-Country, where it does not have any legacy limitations like WAN setup, Federated services, Clustering, Synchronisation and Resiliency issues.
Binding of devices to user is must easier managed via groups and individually
Combining JC built in MFA feature save alot of hassle of trying to implement 3rd party MFA which may take more time to integrate.
Enrolled and non-enrolled devices can allow both SSO and Non-SSO binding offers good variety of controls

 ### 22. Simplifying Security Compliance with Quick Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zuhair K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like that JumpCloud simply works and they are fast to fix issues. Their response time to emails is quick, which I appreciate. JumpCloud is also more flexible and easier to configure than other solutions we've used. I find it very easy to set up, which was a nice surprise. We use JumpCloud for access list control and laptop MDM control, and it helps us handle access to our infrastructure and unify access for all of our third-party tools.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I find the sales team to be not friendly. They are a bit rigid in dealing with clients.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud to manage security compliance, access control, and unify access for third-party tools. It handles infrastructure access, simplifies laptop MDM, and provides flexible, easy configuration.

 ### 23. Efficient MDM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I use JumpCloud for MDM for PCs, and I appreciate that it helps with patching and remotely supporting our devices. I also like JumpCloud's ability to create custom reports and policies, allowing us to remove and add columns from the reports. This customization lets us structure the reports to our business needs. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I would like it if they supported more auto updates for applications. They also seem confused on what product their focus is on. When you login there are things about SSO that make it confusing.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud helps with patching and remotely supporting our devices. I like the ability to create custom reports and policies, which lets us structure reports to our business.

 ### 24. Review of JumpCloud Based on 1.5 Years of Usage

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somashekar N. | System Engineer L2, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

What I appreciate most about JumpCloud is its centralized and streamlined management of users and devices. It facilitates smooth onboarding, straightforward access control, and uniform security policies across all platforms. The interface is user-friendly, and implementing changes across various systems is both quick and dependable. Its cloud-based directory removes the necessity for complicated on-premises configurations, thereby simplifying administration and enhancing efficiency for IT teams.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I most dislike in jumpcloud is the Serial number not updating in the admin portal.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud addresses asset management, user management, and software management while facilitating SSO with MDM. With this tool, we can efficiently take remote control of the system to diagnose and resolve issues.

 ### 25. Perfect for Remote Work, with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like JumpCloud for the transparency and ease of use it offers. It provides great insights on devices and syncs effortlessly with Google Cloud Directory for our user base. I also appreciate how users were able to install the application with ease. The remote assistance, along with patch and operating system deployment features, stand out for their utility.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Some of the single sign on options are all or none. We can't deploy them in tiers.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud gives us visibility into our end user fleet of computers, allowing for fast, efficient troubleshooting in a remote work environment.

 ### 26. All-in-One Identity Management with Seamless Security and Effortless Network Protection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad M. | IT Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

he greatest value proposition of JumpCloud lies in its robust identity management capabilities. By acting as a single source of truth for user identities, it dramatically simplifies complex tasks like provisioning, de-provisioning, and enforcing security policies across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. The integration of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is seamless and highly effective, providing strong security without crippling the end-user experience. It consolidates functions that traditionally required separate Active Directory, LDAP, and device management tools into one clean, manageable interface.

Furthermore, the Cloud RADIUS-as-a-Service feature is a clear standout. This component makes it incredibly easy to secure Wi-Fi networks and VPNs using the same central JumpCloud credentials. It eliminates the hassle of deploying and maintaining on-premise RADIUS servers, instantly boosting network security by enforcing individual user credentials (and optional MFA) rather than relying on shared passwords. This is a massive win for remote and distributed teams.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Where the platform shows its limitations is generally in the depth of specialized features, specifically within its Remote Assist tool.

While JumpCloud's Remote Assist functionality provides basic, necessary features for troubleshooting—screen sharing and remote file access—it often feels like a checkbox feature when compared directly to dedicated remote access products. In contrast to best-of-breed solutions like ConnectWise Screen Connect, the performance, user interface fluidity, and feature depth of JumpCloud’s remote access feature tend to pale in comparison.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud stands out as an excellent directory platform, truly fulfilling its promise of unified identity and device management. Its IAM core, along with the Cloud RADIUS feature, offers both enterprise-level security and straightforward usability.

 ### 27. Efficient User and Device Management with Room for Reporting Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I love the friendly GUI in JumpCloud. We enjoy the dynamic groups feature which allows us to set users within a department or city and automatically provide every access needed. The policy management for both Windows and Linux stands out positively, and we appreciate the ability to use MFA into SSH servers through group management.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I find the reporting aspect lacking; I would love something similar to Access Reviews. We can do it, but it requires a lot of work, and sometimes we just need a simple way to know which users have access to what. Also, integrations seem to lack some of the more recent ones.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud solves user access to multiple services, device management for Mac and Windows, SSO integrations, support automation through scripts, and group management for auto-provisioning.

 ### 28. JumpCloud is quite helpful and it organizes all our logins in one place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitin T. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I use JumpCloud almost daily to login across various systems and tools that our company uses and most importantly it gives me the peace of mind that all the security protocols are being managed on the system side. I set it up initially and then I can let everyone sign in and access the systems securely without additional work on my side and it takes me only a few clicks to add or remove users so it’s easy to keep everything current.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

There are times when it’s a bit of a drag especially when you are waiting for the system to distribute changes to user devices. Also some control settings are a bit too deeply nested in the dashboard, for instance integrating some of the third party systems can take an annoying amount of time. Also I think all users should be able to access the system’s reporting tools without additional fees.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now manage all access and passwords from a single dashboard and remove the extra time needed. And to the users, JumpCloud lets them access all the systems they need without compromising security. And it’s also less stressful to manage the accounts and the system is now far faster and more organized.

 ### 29. Secure Cross‑Platform Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like how JumpCloud provides a single, intuitive console to manage identities and devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux, making daily IT work much simpler.
I also appreciate its strong security features like MFA and Zero Trust‑aligned controls, which significantly enhance organizational security

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I dislike that reporting and analytics feel limited, often requiring external SIEM/BI tools for deeper insights.
Some MDM features lack granularity, causing issues like policies impacting all profiles or apps becoming “orphaned.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud solves the problem of managing identities and devices across mixed OS environments from one unified console, removing the need for multiple disconnected tools.
This benefits me by improving security with MFA and centralized access controls while streamlining daily IT operations and reducing complexity.

 ### 30. Centralized Cloud Directory That Simplifies Identity Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Onur S. | IT specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

What do you like most about JumpCloud?

What I like most about JumpCloud is its centralized cloud directory structure. This allows us to manage many things from a single platform without needing local infrastructure. The interface is clean and integration with other systems is easy. It greatly simplifies identity management, especially for growing organizations.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Pricing can also become significant as the number of users increases.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems does JumpCloud solve, and how does it benefit you?

JumpCloud eliminates the need for traditional on-premises Active Directory infrastructure by providing a cloud-based directory service. It helps us centralize identity management and securely manage user lifecycle processes. This reduces administrative burden, improves security posture, and saves on infrastructure costs.

 ### 31. Easy to use, well supported and comprehensive cloud directory option with MDM Great for education.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin R. | Director of Instruction, Technology and District Testing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

JumpCloud is a very straight-foward to use program that allows for easy device deployment and management. Much easier to work with than other MDM's I worked with in the past. It is also available for Windows, Linux and Mac which is a benefit over some other options.

Deployment was easy with their integration team. Very dedicated and flexible in getting JumpCloud deployed. Good support as well.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

One thing I would like to see improved is LDAP integration over a wider amount of vendors. I wanted to move away from AD completely and have not been able to federate one of my services yet.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving password policy as well as directory service and MDM for our organization. They have a good remote support tool that I have not used yet, but it appears to be a great feature from what I have tested.

 ### 32. Secure Password Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel L. | Project Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like that JumpCloud provides one place for all passwords, making management easier. The autofill 2FA feature makes it quick and simple to log in to web apps, which is really convenient. As a user, I found the initial setup easy enough.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I don't like the too many pop ups and duplicate recording of passwords. It should auto identify duplicate entries for the same website.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud enhances password security with 2FA and simplifies logging into web apps. It keeps all passwords in one place and supports quick and simple access to services.

 ### 33. Great Platform Management.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard R. | Sr Director of IT at Philanthropy Roundtable, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

Allowing us to collate all of our RMM tools/platform management/support into one tool has proved immensely helpful, and it's all easy to use and to implement. Support is helpful as well, as I use it everyday and know that If I have questions I can reach out and be responded to in a short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The Software Management pieces are still in their infancy; self hosted application servers not through cholocatey would be nice; the current upload limit increase on packages is a good step in the right direction.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Azure endpoint management is fine, but not for the technically weak. As we are a small nonprofit with a team of one for system administration, we needed a tool that covers everything from security to software management to support, and JumpCloud fits that need for us.

 ### 34. Comprehensive MDM and IAM Solution in One

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lewis R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I use JumpCloud as an MDM for macOS and iOS devices and for managing access to SaaS services and Linux servers. JumpCloud solved the problem of streamlining access to different users across many Linux servers. I like that JumpCloud is a unique entry because it combines an Identity Provider and an MDM into one offering. It's essentially a one pane of glass for managing people and devices.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Because it does many things, they are sometimes slow to integrate new features. For example, they have still not implemented Apple's DDM feature.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud to manage access on Linux servers and for MDM on macOS and iOS devices. It streamlines access management and combines an identity provider and MDM in one platform.

 ### 35. Managing employee accounts and devices is finally super simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bianca A. | Identity access manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

The thing that impresses the most about JumpCloud is the level of confidence it offers to our internal operations. I ceased to be afraid of access oldness or lost accounts. This has enhanced the working relationship with HR and management since everybody is assured that changes are being administered appropriately. My days at the workplace are more consistent and I am not spending as much time rectifying issues that can be avoided. It has become a stable basis on which we are operating employees.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

A disadvantage of JumpCloud is time taken to master some of the configuration options. Certain features are buried and this contributed to trial and error in the process of setting them up. This added workload on deployment and had to be coordinated internally more. Another concern that came up was the increasing price when our team grew and this burdened IT budgeting.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud is a solution to the scattered access management issue. User accounts and devices used to be separated beforehand and this led to delays and errors. Everything is now handled in a clear process and the changes in employees are also dealt with shortly. This is good in that it minimizes business downtime and gives the business more trust internally. My day-to-day job is more organized and less responsive.

 ### 36. Smooth, Hassle-Free Access to All My Apps in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Itai A. | VP R&D, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I can log in to all my apps in one place, which makes access simple and consistent. Adding or removing apps is straightforward, and it fits well into my daily use. Overall, the login experience is smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The admin login is separated from the user login. As an admin, this forces me to sign in differently, using a separate MFA app, which makes things more complicated and makes my life harder.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOC 2 compliance. Easy onboarding and offboarding for team members.

 ### 37. Comprehensive IAM/MDM Solution with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared D. | Systems Admin / Technical Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like that JumpCloud's support is solid and always quick to help. The solution really offers a lot on the security front, which I find valuable. The cloud directory sync feature works really well for syncing over our users, and I appreciate the zero-touch enrollment for Apple devices. It's great.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Policy management for devices has been a little tricky, especially on the Windows and macOS side. I would like to see a better flow for macOS.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud handles access management and mobile device management, integrates app access with major tools, and offers strong security support. Cloud directory sync is effective, and zero-touch enrollment for Apple devices is a standout feature.

 ### 38. Jumpcloud - a great MDM.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yoav H. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

It's configurable to a very minute level, and allows the freedom to implement it at your pace, with a lot of say in how and where you fit it into your systems. It's pretty easy to integrate it into existing systems, and will streamline yours and your end user's flow of work. I've rarely had issues with it but when i did the Customer support has been great and I could always refer to their guides.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The endpoint management can sometimes be a little finicky, but that is a 1/100 occurrence.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MDM and compliance are essential aspects of managing devices and ensuring that security standards are met. They help organizations maintain control over their devices and data, making it easier to enforce policies and protect sensitive information.

 ### 39. JumpCloud has been Good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

It's just what I'm used to at this point
Prime Support too

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

renewal process is like getting teeth pulled but it worked out

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud has solved our MDM Android integration. Great success with our company.

 ### 40. Versatile Multi-OS Management with JumpCloud

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dima K. | IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like that I can provide users their choice of OS and still have control. JumpCloud added software deployment, and it works well, even though it currently has only a few apps.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

They added software deployment, it works well but has only few apps, hope it will grow more.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud to manage user accounts and bind them across multiple OS systems, providing users their choice of OS while maintaining control. It solves managing multiple OS at once.

 ### 41. Incorrect password issue

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prakhar G. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

JumpCloud makes it very straightforward to manage users across multiple systems without having to rely on an on-prem directory like Active Directory. The UI is intuitive, and I really like the way policies can be applied consistently across Windows, macOS, and Linux devices. The SSO integrations with popular SaaS apps (Google Workspace, Slack, AWS, etc.) save us a lot of setup time. The passwordless login options and MFA enforcement also make it easier to keep our environment secure while reducing friction for users. I also appreciate that their support team is very responsive and often provides practical fixes quickly.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

There are a few areas that could be improved. The reporting and audit logs, while functional, don’t always go as deep as I’d like when troubleshooting authentication issues. At times, syncing changes across all apps can take longer than expected, which can confuse end users waiting for access updates. I’ve also occasionally run into a situation where users see an “incorrect password” message even though credentials were correct — it usually resolves after a refresh, but it can cause unnecessary tickets. Pricing can also feel a bit high as your user base grows, especially if you need advanced features.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud allows us to consolidate identity and access management into a single platform. Before, we had to manage multiple tools for user provisioning, authentication, and device policies. Now, onboarding a new employee is much faster: we just create an account in JumpCloud, assign groups, and they instantly get access to the right apps with MFA enforced. Security compliance is easier since password policies and device controls are enforced centrally. It’s also been a big help for remote work — users can log in securely from anywhere, and we still maintain visibility and control over their devices. Overall, it saves our IT team significant time and gives leadership peace of mind about security.

 ### 42. Easy to Use and Intuitive—Quick to Learn and Start Improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

Easy to use and very intuitive. I hadn’t used it before rotating into another role, but I was able to pick it up quickly, start using it right away, and make improvements.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I wasn’t a big fan of some of the recent menu UI updates or their frequency. I get that they’re trying to make the app even easier to use, but I was still a bit resistant to a few of the changes they introduced.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been working toward CMMC and CMMC 2 compliance, and Jumpcloud has helped us with many parts of that effort. Even the consultants we’ve worked with were relieved once they learned we were using it.

 ### 43. Can't believe people use AD servers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel N. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

The fact that its LDAP in the cloud and I do not have to manage a PC in the corner of the server room

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Sometimes the GUI is a bit buggy. The loggining can be incorrect sometimes too, these are minor issues that probably only affect me

**Recommendations to others considering JumpCloud:**

10000% better the AD

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most definitely streamlines onboarding of new users. Create and account, SSO, and MFA.

 ### 44. A powerful all-in-one platform that simplifies IT management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariyam F. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like how JumpCloud simplifies identity, device, and access management into one platform. It feels impactful because it directly helps IT teams work smarter and more securely.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Like any growing platform, JumpCloud can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users. But that also comes from how powerful and feature-rich the product is.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud solves the problem of managing users, devices, and access across different systems from one place. That makes work more efficient, secure, and less time-consuming for teams like mine.

 ### 45. Good IAM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suresh A. | Associate MAnager - IT Cloud and Infra, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

user device management and remote wipe capablities are good and user provision and deprovison

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

UI is too clumsy and some time not viewable on small screen

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

solves remote user onboarding

 ### 46. Smooth solution for user management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie V. | IT Systems Administrator, Medical Devices, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like JumpCloud most about the ease with which users are managed on our platforms. I use it a lot, so the usability is quite beneficial. It has features sufficient enough to deal with identity, devices and simple security checks. We connected it to Google Workspace and Slack to have new accounts synced. Once it was implemented, it simply became part of our workflow and saved us time per week.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The issue with this is most concerning to me because I find it difficult to experiment with policies due to the fact that some of the settings are fixed. I am in the platform all the time, and restrictions are felt very quickly. There are parts that appear to have been half-constructed. Customer support is not always quick, but reliable, and it slows down some of our rollouts. It increases the length of projects which are supposed to be faster.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to JumpCloud, access was handled haphazardly across apps but now we can handle it in just a single stream of consciousness. I spend a lot of time in it and it is easy to use. Associating it with Google Workspace made our onboarding processes more streamlined. The features assist in minimizing minor problems that consumed time in the past. It has made our daily task at work a lot easier.

 ### 47. JumpCloud Admin and User Portal

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** brian w. | IT Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

As an admin its super easy to move around in the platform. Simple device management and group management that allow new admins to ramp up quickly

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

New versions works very nice on an Ipad so much better allowing admin to navigate faster!

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New hire Setup - easy to do and create user profiles. By removing the mix up of several dozens accounts - JC makes the process step by step is to follow

 ### 48. Innovative Identity Management, Needs Apple TV Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like that JumpCloud seems to continue to innovate and is easy to learn and manage. Our overall experience with day-to-day management is good, and it's pretty easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

We are forced to use another MDM to manage our Apple TVs because JumpCloud does not support Apple TV management.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use JumpCloud to manage our deployed machines. It helps us enforce policies and deploy applications remotely.

 ### 49. JumpCloud simplifies managing logins and security, making it straightforward and dependable.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo R. | Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

The best thing I find in JumpCloud is how it creates a single secure login that combines everything. I’m not required any more to juggle dozens of bookmarks and remember 20 different passwords. Just one passphrase I use to get into all my apps. And multiple factors, password rotation, and role mapping don’t make me think twice about the security of the access but without being overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Sometimes outages are just annoying since they bring my entire workflow to a standstill. Last month, for example, an all-day downtime caused real disruption across business apps. The support can sometimes be slower than I would like, especially in comparison to some of the bigger players in the IAM space. The mobile MFA app can also just feel a bit buggy at times, which makes me really nervous since it's so central to my login process.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud has freed me from password fatigue, enhancing both my productivity and my security and certainly by not worrying about shadow IT or poor password practices, I confidently can give my team a single platform that spans desktops, VPNs, and cloud apps. It’s gotten us to our SSO and IAM goals without a cobbled-together set of tools.

 ### 50. Easy SaaS Integrations and Powerful Device Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

The Integration with all the Saas based platform. Easy integration. On the feature ground i like the device management.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The integration with our SIEM "Wazuh" is notup to the mark. also, the most dislike part would be the cost.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAML based integration. User synchronisation across all SaaS based platforms. The problem for remembering different passwords is gone now.
