What do you dislike about JumpCloud? There’s no way to manage Apple TV devices. Once you click Save, the working window disappears. Then you have to go back and search again—for example, for the same user or device. Deploying apps isn’t easy either, and there are fewer supported apps than I expected. It is basically unusable and very often we need to unlock an account or reset a password when we are on the go, but cannot because the console does not translate well on mobile. So we are forced to make the users wait until we gain access to a computer and log in. Jumpcloud has also released bad agent builds on multiple occasions that have halted work.
