What do you like best about Jumio?

The service reliability is paramount, and we've always had satisfaction there. It was also great that Jumio worked with us on custom solutions to our specific problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jumio?

The pricing can sometimes be overly aggressive. Of course new features should command a premium for new accounts, but long-term partnerships should also be valued and features grandfathered accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jumio?

we use the API side and it gives back results in under 3 mintues

access to portal to view all the details on why an ID not be valid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jumio?

it does provide false/positive results or gives you two different results on the same type of ID

process is slower on the member side when its trying to validate the GOV ID - time is everything to members and waiting 3 to 5 mins is too long Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jumio:

Try and set up ypour system to read the results and take action through internal business rules to take the human review out and only look at the risk side of the declined ones

try and make it autmacic on the member/customer side to complete and not your staff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

KYC of our members under MSB laws

takes the human errors out

quick training on results rather than training a person to understand all details of a GOV ID and the differences Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
