Not currently able to set the number of posts / columns for both desktop and mobile, or change feed style, for singular feed. Must create a second feed in some instances. I received excellent service from both Arbie and Mario in helping me resolve an issue where I couldn’t set the iframe height, so the feed would auto-resize correctly when a user clicks “Load More.” They both communicated clearly throughout and liaised with their internal engineering teams to get to a solution, which allowed me to achieve the experience I was aiming for. While there were a couple of items to test and troubleshoot along the way, the overall exchange stayed smooth, responsive, and collaborative. The pricing is also a big plus for me as it's value for money. You get a higher number of channels and channel mix compared to other tools in the market at a low price.
