What do you like best about Juicer?

Juicer made it incredibly easy to display authentic, user-generated content from our social media feeds directly on our website. As a school network, being able to highlight students, alumni, and events in real time helped us increase engagement and build trust with visitors. The interface is clean, setup was quick, and the customization options are perfect for matching our brand look & feel. It’s a lightweight yet powerful tool that just works. What do you dislike about Juicer?

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If we had to pick something, it would be the limited number of sources available in the lower-tier plans. However, this is understandable, and upgrading gave us everything we needed. Support was responsive when we had questions about implementation. We currently use their Enterprise deal, and pay around $800/m (for the same usage with one of their competitors we had to pay $2k/m, so there is a huge difference!) Worth knowing: our AI Designer lets you restyle your social media feed using plain-English prompts (things like brand colors, rounded corners, or dark themes), applying changes live in your feed preview without needing to dig through settings manually. It's available on the free trial and on paid plans by request.

What do you like best about Juicer?

We appreciate how fast Juicer responds to support emails. It truly makes the experience so much smoother when questions come up. It took us a lot longer than expected to find ways to improve UX and we didn't quite get to a place where it was as easy to navigate as we would have preferred.
