We are organizing a B2B event for the event industry, and participating companies submit a few dozen competition entries. With Judgify, submitting an entry is easy. In an ideal situation, we would like to create different forms for the various categories of our competition. However, this does not seem to be possible—at least not with our version of Judgify. I have used Judgify for 6 years. I like that it is customizable. I like that it is one platform for our participants to submit their nominations and for the judges to review the submissions and enter their scores. The integrated payments also makes it easy for our participants. I also like that our awards program can be cloned so I don't have to set it up from complete scratch each year. We've been using Judgify for our awards and competitions, and it's been a game-changer. The platform is super flexible and brings everything we need into one easy-to-use system. I have used Judgify several times, initially on the Audio Production Awards (run by AudioUK) and more recently for the Feedback Interview of the Year, organised by an independent radio production company for the BBC. Reporting features are somewhat limited and pulling individual reports can be time-consuming

- the raw data reporting could be improved. For example, when a paper is reviewed by multiple judges, it currently appears in separate rows. Combining these into a single row with an averaged score would make analysis much easier

We find Judgify is a cost-effective solution for running the Aviation Week Photo Contest. The back end of the system works well for us. It's pretty easy to set up a contest. Most photographers are able to upload their photos with little difficulty. It integrates well with PayFlowPro, the commercial version of PayPal that allows entry fees to be routed to our company. We have chosen not to use the judging portion of the system because the large images take 15-20 seconds to display. Our judges review about 300 finalists each year, which would mean taking more than an hour just to have the images download and display on their screens before they can begin judging the photos. Our workaround is to have Judgify provide Zip files of the photos, which we then rename to match the entry number using a script. The judges can then download the entries for review on their computers, which is a much faster process.

We previously used another judging application that allowed me to download the photos at my convenience. I would like to see Judgify offer this as an option. I made the switch to Judgify for other reasons, but this is a feature that I miss.

I like to be able to download entries fairly early in the contest period so that we can offer an "Early Entries" photo gallery in order to encourage more entries and then to download all entries when the contest is over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
