The platform and account management team make it easy for us to customize the award program functions to meet the unique needs of each program. If you're looking for a customizable and cost-effective tool to manage your award programs, I'd recommend Judgify. We've used it for four different programs in the past two years. **What do you dislike about Judgify?** The only feature I'd like to see from Judgify in the future is the ability to build the award landing page and other features ourselves. Right now, the entire set-up process for each program goes through their team. While they are quick to help and change things, it would be more efficient if we could go in and make copy changes to our landing page and award questions ourselves. **What problems is Judgify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running our award programs before Judgify was highly manual and required using tools that weren't making our award program experience easy for nominators or our external judges. Since using Judgify, our award program experience has improved not only for us internally but also for nominators and judges as well. ### 4. Using Judgify means schools across the state have equal access/time to enter their submissions regardless of their location and allows judges to review submissions from wherever they are located at a time that suits them best. ### 5. People that are not tech savvy can use Judgify for judging and submitting nominations **What do you dislike about Judgify?** There is little that I dislike about Judgify. We are a not for profit organisation and therefore choose the free version, but there are some features that arent available on the free version but we can get around that by dealing with the company who can assist us. **What problems is Judgify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Judgify is taking away the paper based version of our awards submissions & judging and making it paperless & easy to use via technology. Amazing product that is easy to use even for the less tech savvy person. ### 7. I want a more user-friendly widget setup for award application forms. A more user-friendly experience. I'd also like to see templated reports I could select from to analyze judges' results and the option to create my own. **What problems is Judgify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Judgify means our judges can view all applications on line, compare one against the other and leave comments. This helps us to provide feedback to our nominees which is very beneficial. The nominees also have the opportunity to complete online applications which are simple to use. ### 8. Judges management has many functions and tools that we can customize to create evaluation criteria according to company rules and policies. Contest planning can be accomplished quickly and easily. We can create a page for contests and customize it with company colors and logo. **What do you dislike about Judgify?** It is a system with so many functions that we need some time of dedication to learn to know it and take advantage of all the tools. The pro plan, which is the one we have, has 50mb for uploading files, which I think is too little for the price that is canceled. They should include integration with Google analytics in all plans, it is an important tool for this type of software. **Recommendations to others considering Judgify:** It is a software that we highly recommend for being very advanced with very good features and automatic tools that simplify the management of competitions. Very useful for the human resources department of our company, which seeks to incentivize workers with prizes to improve their performance. It has been a lot of work that we have saved with this software, because now our contests are easier to plan, organize and manage, achieving that the hours that we invested in the whole project of the contests, are reduced considerably, being able to invest them in other activities. **What problems is Judgify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to organize our company's contests with this software, which we use to reward through contests, the performance of our employees to motivate them. The evaluation management is very useful because it has different ways of evaluation to make it transparent and simple at the same time. It allows to limit the number of participants per contest, if required, or to leave it with unlimited number of contestants. We can create an exclusive web page for the contests and customize it with the company's information, logo and branding. It allows to create several rounds of evaluation and assign each round to a specific judge or scoring system. ### 10. Excellent Contest Software **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Gregg B. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2019 **What do you like best about Judgify?** As the administrator of an annual journalism contest, I've relied on Judgify for the past two years to manage entries and judging of a contest with over 900 entries from 65 organizations. Contest setup is easy, allowing different pricing for each entry or entry group and a very complete list of entry attributes, including file uploads up to 50mb (with the Pro upgrade) and links to external files. The system integrated with PayPal for quick payment and also allows for offline/check submissions. Judgify was helpful in adding a discount code to our contest and duplicating the contest from the first to second year couldn't have been easier. **What do you dislike about Judgify?** There is a bit of complexity to assigning judging and judging groups, but once you have the basic layers of administration set up for judging, it runs very smoothly. In our first year, a few organizations with high-volume entries (more than 30) had issues checking out. It turned out to be due to the number of large files attached to their entries. In our second year of using the software, we didn't experience this problem. I advised organizations to enter multiple smaller batches of entries, which may have helped. **Recommendations to others considering Judgify:** I searched for nearly a year to find a replacement for our custom-developed contest system and Judgify came out on top of the competitors. Not only was it the easiest to configure in "test" mode, but once we paid to upgrade to the "pro" version, a fuller set of options was available. The software has a high ROI for us and I'll be happy to use it again for our contest next year. **What problems is Judgify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous contest system was custom developed and required high maintenance costs each year.
