Yardstick is job costing for lawn care and landscaping businesses. Your crews get paid for the time they spend driving between lawns, but that time never shows up on an invoice. Yardstick puts drive, hookup and fueling time on the stops that cause it, then shows what each lawn really earns, lists the money-losers first, and suggests a price for your next quote. It covers wages, payroll tax, workers' comp, overhead and owner pay. Import from LawnPro, Jobber or a spreadsheet, or paste rows in. $59 a month. 14 days free, no card.
