**What do you like best about JSON Crack?**

It helps me to transform large JSON objects into an easy-to-read, interactive visual format. It helped me to understand the nested object in a much easier way. The best thing about JSON Crack is that it does support other formats as well like XML, YAML, and CSV.

**What do you dislike about JSON Crack?**

I didn't like the background color-changing feature as it only gives you a few color options that don't look good.

**What problems is JSON Crack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses several key challanges faced by developers and data analysts when working with complex JSON data. Raw JSON, especially from large API responses and configurations is very difficult to read and find relation. JSON Crack did a great job here by simplifying the JSON into graph structure so that I can easily see nested JSON objects and work around them. It increase the productivity of Dev team by 40% by reducing the overall time that was spent over going through raw JSON data.
