JPDrills uses question-level practice history to support adaptive review. Material that appears weaker can return sooner, while questions a learner continues to remember can wait longer. Learners can also use practice filters to focus on material at different strength levels when they want more control. Practice includes immediate answer feedback, and supported questions include explanations that can clarify what matters in the Japanese and why the correct answer fits. Some explanations also include choice-by-choice reasoning, examples, translations, or useful contrasts; the exact format varies by question type. The current product includes broad JLPT Practice across N5, N4, N3, N2, and N1 for grammar, vocabulary, and kanji. JPDrills is also building a clearer N5 Grammar path designed to make progression more visible, make the next step easier to understand, and show where more practice or evidence is still needed. JPDrills is designed to complement textbooks, courses, reading, listening, immersion, and other Japanese study rather than replace them. It is especially suited to independent learners who already have material to study but want ready-made JLPT practice, adaptive review, clearer feedback, and less manual management of what to revisit.
