What do you like best about Journyx?

I like Journyx very much because it allows us to better organize the time sheets, when I work on special projects it allows me to update my overtime from my mobile phone, it has a very well prepared support system that has connected all our doubts quickly, it also helps to process faster the requests for leaves and scheduled vacations. This is a very fast human resources management tool and it integrates very well with other financial tools we use in our company, it allows us to keep a dynamic and complete control of the hours our staff works keeping a record that facilitates the preparation of settlements and payment of salaries, it allows us to keep under control the expenses and thus regulate that the hours assigned to our freelancers for each project are not exceeded. I like Journyx allows us to track the schedule and performance of our employees accelerating the accounting and administrative work for payroll and billing customers, has an android app that allows employees to be updating their time sheets, is a solution for time management, estimation and project resources. This great platform helps us to manage in a more orderly and efficient way the schedules of our employees and keep a proper control of the normal hours worked and overtime, allows to keep track and collect data that help to make better and faster billing and settlement for temporary jobs, remote workers can update their data online on expenses, allows us to make full reports and spreadsheets in Excel, allows us to calculate the cost level of the projects we work and track resources and casual shortages. What do you like best about Journyx?

User time tracking for our projects. Also using it to see our employee timesheet. Using it for leave request. Were are not using Journyx at is full potential. We are not using the expense module at all. I want to pin point that the service is excellent when you have issues. Their technical assistance service was always able to help during critical time and help us to solve the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Journyx?

The reports. Not easy to work with and does not meet our needs some time. It will be really interesting to be be able to create your own report templates. Using the existing template make our reports difficult to manage. I am sure that the new version 12 is better regarding report. Unfortunately we do not have the budget this year to look at upgrading our Journyx software. We might look at it in the 2020 session. The cloud could be an option that we will look at. Recommendations to others considering Journyx:

Journyx is good but if you are looking to specific reports, make sure that you discuss details with the representative. I am sure that the report interface is better in the version 12 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Help us to see how much time user take on different clients. We are using Journyx to monitor our employees work in general. Also we use Journyx for few employees that are assigned to special project during the year.
