In our company we adopted Journix when we began to develop massive projects oriented to the characteristics of each state, the hiring of freelancers and temporary employees multiplied and this platform gave us the possibility to make a sampling with estimations of each project and to be taking a complete registry of normal hours and hours in special schedules, it is a tool that allows to be measuring in real time the cost of the labor force that we used in each project and to know when to inject but funds to continue, it allows to optimize the payment of salaries with extra hours without causing claims in any employee, it is a very good tool.
