1. It's modern digital customer experience and how it empower customers to self direct activities. 
2. It has drastically enhanced the working environment and really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about JourneyDXP?**

1. I feel it could have better UX/UI and could have been more user friendly. 
2. The second thing is it works fine on my mac book but creates problem in my phone.

**What do you like best about JourneyDXP?**

The tool helped us increase customer engagement by allowing us to personalize the experience. It was easier for us to set it up and was understandable by everyone on the team! The collaboration internally was also being solved with this tool!

**What do you dislike about JourneyDXP?**

As a small team working, the pricing was higher for us to continue using it! The experience of using the product is a bit slow otherwise this made our jobs easier.

**What problems is JourneyDXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of having a personalized touch to the customers we are targetting and managing all of it in one single place is where JourneyDXP comes in handy. This has helped our team handle everything needed easily and collaborate with cross-functional teams more quickly. The templates made our work easier.

The user experience can be made better using state of the art platform software. Currently, it does offer integrated solution, but has decoupled components with each other

JourneyDXP solves a really important problem of digital journey. In a short attention span, it is important to attract B2B users with a seamless marketing software

**What do you like best about JourneyDXP?**

Overall I felt the tool is really good to use. We tried their digital rooms for sales and luckily it helped, we were able to help companies through their templates.

**What do you dislike about JourneyDXP?**

The only downside we felt was when we tried to make smart rooms, there was some kind of lag. This could be the server issue I understand but overall it was good to use.

Changing the old school methods of B2B sales into a smart one with easy content management.

**What do you like best about JourneyDXP?**

JourneyDXP (earlier Journey Sales) is a beautiful digital smart room solution for B2C industry experience, content management, collaboration amongst teams and sharing analytics. It can also be integrated with salesforce, which solves many CRM-based problems.

**What do you dislike about JourneyDXP?**

Although our project had limited application with JourneyDXP and suited most of our requirements, we faced specific technical issues while implementing APIs. Also, support needs to be a lot improvised.

**What problems is JourneyDXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our project, we've been using JourneyDXP, like integration with our B2C Salesforce cloud, Automation with Jenkins and monitoring various dashboards with all the client-side data. Its collaboration platform for teams is handy.

It helps us increase engagement, shorten sales cycles and create more meaningful relationships with our customers which not only results in happy customers but also increased revenue.

**What do you dislike about JourneyDXP?**

The pricing is on the higher side, we contacted for a little bit of discount but it wasn't enough, so its not really a big value product out there, but definitely does the job.

Selling new products to existing customers is the most productive way to grow revenue. Consistent engagement is key, and real-time notifications and analytics on customer behavior tell you who is ready to buy and when.

It's easy to understand how to use this software, comes with digital personalization tools that are easy to use and simplifies complex customer paths by discovering new ways to embrace the current technology that everyone loves.

This doesn't come with a trial version or a free version
This software doesn't have a local environment, only web and cloud based but I like that because it's an everywhere SaaS

**What do you like best about JourneyDXP?**

Journey Sales Smart Rooms is a fantastic product. Smart Rooms has played a key role in helping us scale our customer and partner engagement. It provides a level of deep analytics with an easy to use yes very sophisticated configuration that allows us to provide a repeatable tailored environments. On top of this the Journey Sales team has went above and beyond by helping implement the product successfully with ongoing support. There are an endless number of things you can do with this product and I highly recommend discussing the art of possible with the Journey Sales team.

NA. Eveything has been great so far with using this.

The b2b experience on this journeydxp is too good to describe. It is so helpful with the digital customer experience. Got real good feedback from superiors for the way this works

Takes time to provide info at times which causes a huge amount of delay in the day to day work. At times I find it very standardized but yea it is digital and automated so can't complain
