## Journey Reviews
  ### 1. Great product, super easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael I. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

We've used Journey to create dedicated landing pages for specific clients and focus areas without the need for massive involvement from our IT team. It looks clean and buyers love it.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Somewhat fixed design / templates are a bit hard to customize, but it's not a huge barrier. Could also see how cost gets pretty expensive if we have this for each AE.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a fast way to create dedicated experiences for specific clients and focus areas that feel clean and are easily presentable internally. We've seen much higher clickthrough rates with Journey.

  ### 2. Best tool for sales folks to tell a story about their product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey maintains a repository of all my pre-recorded demos that I can plug & sequence into a new journey and share with different prospects.
This helps me give a personalised walk-through and re-use videos that point to any commonly asked questions.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

None at all!
Weirdly so, Journey is one of the few tools that I use and have nothing to complain about

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me demo my product before a live demo.
This way, my prospects already have the most context before the live demo and only ask case-specific questions during the demo call.

  ### 3. Great overall way to add context to a pitch

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teddy L. | Cofounder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

+ Ability to add and embed most kinds of multimedia (PDFs, Videos, Links, etc.)
+ Ability to create sublinks within a single Journey
+ Insights on how long people spend on slide decks and Journey steps
+ Customize Journeys based on your brand as well as your recipient's brand

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

- Somewhat of a learning curve. For example, Journey insights are hidden behind a few clicks.
- Minor but some of the embeddings don't work fully and default into a clickable link.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journey helps me send out trackable links to potential investors and customers (kind of like Docsend). This is far more flexible, though, as it allows me to add in different kinds of media.

  ### 4. Best sales intelligence platform/tool I have seen to date (no question about it!)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fine Art | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

First of all the aesthetics are mind-blowing, I feel very comfortable sending a Journey to our highest-paying customers. Secondly, I love the integrations they offer you on that sales intelligence.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Dislike is a large word. If I were to sit on their product team, I would focus on getting more integrations within their product and enable it to connect even further outside of their platform. The visual side is already strongly dialed in.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of sharing, the visualization options it offers, and the data one can collect and inform decisions on. It's made for ease of use and customisability.

  ### 5. Great initial experience, small kinks but good product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

The ability to aggregate multiple "files"/presentations into a singular journey in a clean and simple manner

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

It can be a bit restrictive at times, less ability to have personalized customizations

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us aggregate our investment pitches in a simple manner with all respective files and able to share that with a prospective client in a single URL

  ### 6. Journey did a great job hosting the materials for my startup pitch event.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barry S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

The ability to easily upload files of all kinds into one place - we had websites, videos and PDFs which could all be shown together.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

There are some pages that might freeze when trying to edit. It also missed on some of my attempts to add a notion page to it.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is too much information to be conveyed in one slide deck or email about a startup pitch night. This allowed us to convey all the information in one link.

  ### 7. Easy to use, real-time insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney C. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey lets you combine multiple types of collateral in one easy link. It enables you to see who is engaging with the content as well. It's pretty exciting when you get an email that tells you someone that you've been prospecting has viewed your journey link!

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I can't think of anything at this moment.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just started using Journey this week. We're using it as a follow-up collateral via email. Already it is helpful to see who is viewing content, and we can see that it's getting forwarded to multiple people within an organization and it's being viewed.

  ### 8. Journey enables sales and outreach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurent M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

I like being able to track document distribution and consumption. Feedback is hard to get in the early stages of the sales process. Journey allows experimentation while monitoring the results, especially if you have a lot of personalization.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I wish the UX for the receiver were a bit better; switching from a slide deck to a video to a document can be hard to follow.
I could not figure out how to use the advanced features like comments.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring the lifecycle of the documents shared outside the organization.

  ### 9. Solid product & customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizzie H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Perfect for sales follow ups. Very easily customizable for prospects, and love the ability to add more materials along the way. Customer service thru the chat is quick and convenient, and their team resolves issues in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

There's nothing I dislike about Journey.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping collateral all in one space is convenient for clients and having visibility into how engaged they are helps me customize follow ups with less assumptions

  ### 10. Journey has become central to how I run my startup.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey is a very simple tool that enables me to asynchronously tell stories using multiple mediums (video, PDF, Loom, audio, etc.) at scale. I use it for nearly every single out-ward facing communication. The granularity with which I can see who looks at what, and for how long, helps me hone in on what is important to my investors, customers, and potential team members.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

There are some minor UI tweaks I would like to see around button placement and clarity of what the interface does. For example, several investors have said that it is unclear that there are things beyond the first "window" in a journey that I send (despite the fact that there is a big arrow at the bottom of the screen).

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journey helps me communicate at scale. 80% of my communication with prospective investors and customers is now done via Journey, and it takes a lot of the pressure off. Most early meetings with prospects are rote communication - I make the same pitch, explain the same things - and I can now record this once and communicate it an infinite number of times, layering in tools like Loom, PowerPoint, and others to give folks the ability to receive information at their own pace.

  ### 11. Journey helps me fundraise and sell product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirk F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Super simple tool to give pre fundraising or sales material and track who sees it!

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I think its excellent overall but more control over the visuals/how its presented in the "viewer". Along with maybe more detailed reports on whos viewing what. Maybe in a summary email vs. single notifications?

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting meetings booked and having productive fundraising and sales calls.
Seeing who is viewing our materials.
It helps me have more productive conversations because people read the materials in advance.

  ### 12. Journey is a difference maker in terms of accelerating our sales cycles.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Prospects make most of their buying decisions without the rep in the room. Journey gives them a non-threatening way to get them the information they need and arm our champion.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Like anything worthwhile, it's another step for an already busy, tool fatigued sales force. It takes some time to do it right. However, it's worth the effort.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting information in the hands of our champions in an easy, unobtrusive way.

  ### 13. Choose your own adventure for our investors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruud v. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

We are using it for investor pitches, and it's been valuable in adding more interactivity in a very responsive interface that allows investors to "choose their own adventure". You can add video, text, web pages, forms, anything you like as steps, and this flexibility is great. It's efficient and makes you stand out.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Some functionality like creating alternative links is a bit cumbersome, but the team is very responsive when you run into issues.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing you to send a lot of information to potential customers or investors, without overwhelming them, and using the type of media that's best for the type of information.

  ### 14. I love Journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanner S. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey has helped me get more multithreaded, keep buyers engaged post demonstration, and collaborate with them about their true needs and how we can help. It is so helpful to have an interactive central location for all of my follow-up rather than plastering my customer's inboxes with links. Having one trackable place to keep all of my follow-up material to simplify their buying process and inform me on what matters most to them has already helped me close deals 1 month in.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I often link a google slides url so they can call back to it after the demonstration, and it is easier for me to use the url and demonstrate through the microsite rather than downloading a pdf however, it won't share data as to which slides are being viewed within my google slide deck when they return back to it. This is a me problem, not Journeys!

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journey is helping me inform and involve key decision makers and create clear collaborative next steps after demonstrations. It has helped me prevent losing deals to "internal conversations" after the demo!

  ### 15. Captivating Storytelling for Pitches, Sales, and New Biz

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

+ Slick interface that is seamlessly white-labeled according to your brand (logos, colors)
+ Easy-to-insert content (e.g. links to Figma, Google Slides, Calendly)
+ Viewers can seamlessly accomplish multiple actions within one link - no more internet-tab-mayhem adding friction to their decision making process for sales and follow-ups
+ Ability to capture email addresses and page views of content to understand what is resonating and what isn't - and to know if new potential leads have been forwarded your content for review
+ Multiple use cases - while we use the platform for sales content and closing deals, you could imagine the interface to be used for onboarding, training, and other key comms that you may want to 'freshen up' with videos, voiceovers, and unique content sources
+ Mobile- and web-friendly

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

- None that come to mind. For what we use Journey for (and what our clients use it for upon our recommendation), we've run into no significant issues that block functionality.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some are mentioned above but -

+ Sales Materials: no more internet-tab-mayhem as our potential clients review collateral, case studies, and schedule follow-up time with us. #OneLinkOneDream.
+ Onboarding: Ability to collate various content sources into an interactive, async onboarding experience - Youtube Videos, Slides, etc.
+ Training: An Ivy League research institution is exploring Journey as a tool to host various training content for a specific mental health study, with the idea of testing out engagement via Journey's viewer analytics and fine-tuning content to optimize impact.

.. we would also recommend Journey to start-ups for fundraising/data rooms.

  ### 16. Great product to start your start-up journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manasvi S. | Co-Founder, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey is very easy to use to share content behind a protected link. It also provides additional features like customized links and viewer insights which helped us reiterate a better version of our pitch deck.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

There's nothing to dislike. For a bootstrapped company, the pricing seemed to be a bit high but the Journey team was very eager to help with that as well.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a tool to share our pitch deck behind a protected link so that we know who is viewing it. We also wanted to ensure that we can update its contents without having to reshare the entire document again.

  ### 17. Easy tool to tell a story to investors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ondrej Z. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

It's very easy to use, you can include all types of attachments, create individual links and see who viewed them

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I actually like the tool a lot, I don't miss any features

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it so send my pitch deck to investors

  ### 18. Cool product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Simplicity and easy to use. Very user friendly

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Dislike is a strong word for a company that is iterating and building a unique product. I created a 10-page journey to promote my services; all 10 pages may not be relevant to everyone. So, I wish there is a way for me to pick and choose the slides I want to share

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Promoting my business

  ### 19. Use the free version for outreach as a BDR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fermin A. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Very useful for those prospects asking for more information or when you have to gather data for a contact. Instead of sifting through emails you can use this for a centralized source of truth.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Not much honestly. It's easy to navigate has a lot of tutorials, the UI is pretty self explanatory and has many security features that's your prospects will enjoy. Def recommend!

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing information can be confusing and chaotic. Having this as a single source of truth is really nice. If you have recording of your calls, SLA documents, and other relevant information - they can all be placed here.

  ### 20. I can't imagine participating in a deal cycle without Journey.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey makes capturing and delivering any relevant material my prospects may be interested in incredibly simple.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Nothing - I've been using Journey for over a year now.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing my content to be easily shared amongst various stakeholders. It also saves me a lot of time on my follow-ups while allowing me to maintain high quality.

  ### 21. Clean UI, great email verification product, and fair pricing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

The email verification feature is one of the best I've across. Additionally, the overall UI and ease of creating journeys both standout.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

The journey format and structure can be somehwat limiting, but that is a natural consenquence of its ease of use (to build and to view documents).

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with quickly creating shareable documents that require email verification to view them.

  ### 22. New innovative way how to make your outbound efforts more delightful! ✨

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zbynek N. | Talent Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey can help you significantly increase your reply rate. I personally use it for recruiting outbound campaigns and prospects love it!

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

There is nothing to complain about, really. It just takes some time to set up the campaign, but it's fine and expected.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to stand out from the crowd of other recruiters reaching to software engineers. Using journey leads to higher reply and, hopefully, conversion rates as well.

  ### 23. Great product features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Narcis Marian G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

You can easily create a sharable presentation

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

No downside to use Journey so far. All good

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allow us to create an investor webpage

  ### 24. Journey makes follow-up easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

I love the fact that I'm able to create custom experiences for my clients with ease. The ability to track what people are engaging with, who's viewing things, etc., is also incredible.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Just a small thing that they're currently working on - There is no way to edit or crop videos through Journey. I've spoken with the product/CS team, and it seems this is something they have an eye on though.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journey is consolidating my follow-up into one place and making it easy to track and manage.

  ### 25. Journey helps accelerate sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny F. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey is a simple & intuitive platform to use for consolidating information quickly and easily. It helps create a single source of truth for everything that needs to be share. Plus, it's extremely easy to get information inside of the platform and create a beautiful presentation out of it. Above all else, the insights for interactions are incredible to surface.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Since it's in its early stages, there are a few features I believe would help bring Journey to the next level for Sales. I think of this in the way of Mutual Evaluation Plans, Checklists, Hiding Steps, etc. which will help continue to bolster its level of customization. However, there is nothing that I currently dislike, as I believe the team receives product feedback well and looks to keep you updated on the roadmap and future developments.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journey helps accelerate the sales cycle process by stringing information together, closing the information gap, and centralizing the collateral share.

  ### 26. Excellent platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca G. | Growth Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

A more sophisticated way to create presentations with videos, text and embeds from other tools like Trustpilot and Calendly.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Nothing. It's a great tool. Replaces old, out of date tools

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better way to present our company and it's benefits to our customers

  ### 27. A useful tool to share a boatload of info

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

It is a good way of sharing a boatload of into in a less daunting way than just loads of links via email

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

the user experience when cycling between content isn't always that great. unclear that you can click through a presentation

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

taking customers through a complex climate solution called carbon removal

  ### 28. Connecting to clients ...

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

I believe Journey allows us to offer a more three dimensional engagement experience with our clients.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I wish I had more development help. Maybe an referral resource who could help with my production values and organization...

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Journey makes it easier for clients to understand our job and provide the critical information we need from them. Most alternatives are flat, text heavy email driven requests that are confusing and off-putting to an average user.

  ### 29. Journey is like Docsend but better.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robbi Katherine A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey's design! The whole UX is fire. My presentations look greart. And their pricing is fantastic, and they have all these lovely integrations. It's magic.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Nothing. Journey is a 10/10 product. No complaints.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Journey to shop around a pitch deck for my start-up.

  ### 30. Journey helps us stand out in a competitive environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

-One centralized "hub" for stakeholders to view white paper material, meeting recordings, and other sales materials
-Get visibility to what content your champion or DMs are most reviewing
-Awareness to other influencers of the decision - you can require email validation for your prospect to view your Journey
-My competitors aren't doing something like this

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Not at this time. It's a newer concept/tool to us so couldn't give specifics on weaknesses against other competitors.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Multi-Threading in sales process - getting more insight to who's involved in an evaluation process.
2. Insight to what content is being most viewed or valued to the prospect.
3. saving prospect time that they would otherwise spend digging through their inbox to locate documents, recordings, follow ups, etc.

  ### 31. Journey is the best freemium offering online

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

It's incredibly user-friendly and has an insanely natural UX - pulls in the right amount of feature complexity without going overboard.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I honestly cannot think of anything...I suppose you could argue that the journey page could allow for even more branding/color customization? That's a reach...it's awesome.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm fundraising for an investment firm - I use it as a data room and it's incredibly helpful for pulling in various sources of documentation/videos/etc.

  ### 32. Journey makes customer conversations easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher C. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

I like Journey's ease-of-use interface and powerful features to upload different types of content and share them via unique links for each customer.

I've used many content sharing platforms and Journey is definitely one of the best tools I used so far.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Id wish Journey had custom font types, sizes, and better integration with Zapier.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journey enables teams to better serve their customers and provide a much better experience.

  ### 33. Intuitive Platform for Multiple Sources

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey allows us to aggregate links and mediums into one, cohesive platform.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

It would be great if we didn't have to upload every document as a PDF - we use pitch as our slide deck platform so it would be preferable to link directly to the slides.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journey allows us to take all types of sources (links, PDFs, videos) and combine them into one single link that can be sent to prospects.

  ### 34. Really great product helping us reach more investors faster and more smoothly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dorothee G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

It provides all the information in one place and allows for asynchronous research or diligence

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I wish they had more built-in features to help create some pages that are a bit more interesting outside of the ones I upload.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables me to provide all the requested information in a single place, share it easily, and also get insights into other's timelines on our decks.

  ### 35. I have so many positive things to say I don't know where to begin!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris L. | MLOps Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Un-freaking-believable! That isn't the professional thing to say, but it's the damn truth! From the moment you login, you know exactly how to use it, and what to do. The possibilities are endless when it comes to using this platform. I will never, and I quite literally mean that, never not have this service in my life. Period.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Uhh.. umm... let's see... uhhh... Oh, I got one: I dislike the fact they weren't out 10 years ago. I dislike that I just now found them. I dislike that other companies don't build products like they do.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They bring custom landing pages, document repository, instant communication, and prospect engagement together in 1 extremely easy to use platform. And we are only scratching the surface with how we are utilizing the service. We are already talking about 3 new initiatives we can launch thanks to Journey. Something that would have been too costly and too time-consuming to do last year.

  ### 36. Great U/X, flexible. Use it for all our Assets now.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul I. | Principal & Platform Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Really simple and easy to use. You can upload almost anything you'd want to tell the best version of your story. Interactive, intuitive, great U/X. Plus, all the tracking data you'd need to inform your process.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Nothing stands out. Excited for Journey to continue layering features to enable more creative workflows.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to showcase every asset we want - regardless of medium - in a simple and intuitive format. We can showcase the best version of GTMfund.

  ### 37. Journey = One Tool To Rule Them All

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric M. | Chief Growth Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey is the main tool I use to share anything for business -- full stop. Fundraising, sales pitches, hiring, partnerships. It is a godsend. I can pull in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Videos, Decks, PDFs, Forms, Email Contacts -- you name it. Think visual data room or visual "email attachments" in a beautiful, easy, mobile-optimized link that you can track everything on. I feel superhuman using it and I can't imagine the world before using Journey.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

They're brand new so they have a huge roadmap -- excited to get more & more features, format types, templates or "recipes", and even mobile creation to just ramp up using Journeys for anything I want to share to anyone work-related.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Information delivery. Their have been countless tools trying to re-invent this, but Journey doesn't try to do something brand new -- just combine all the docs/materials your teams are already creating from finance, product, marketing, sales, etc. and allowing you to drag & drop, and send -- beautifully & quickly.

  ### 38. A product that can change your team's deal velocity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Prior to Journey, our sales team was having to send multiple emails some repeated with attachements. Now with Journey, we can create a Journey and contiously add all the important documents needed to ensure we keep our deal velocity up and increasing net-new revenue.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

None to add. Journey does a great job with consistently updating their product based on the requests/feedback we provide.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased deal velocity, creating a centralized location for us to create targeted details for our customers, and ensuring we are closing more business.

  ### 39. Simple yet effective platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

I like how simple the platform looks, and the ease of use. There are limited barriers to enter / limited clicks. We've been using it for our new employee onboarding and training for 6 months now and we've gotten all positive feedback.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I'd love if the checkboxes functioned for each user on to do lists.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee training and onboarding

  ### 40. Very intuitive and easy to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad J. | Startup Advisor & Mentor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

We use Journey to educate potential customers about our services. It helps facilitate the sales process by allowing us to more easily educate prospects earlier in the sales funnel. We used to use another service with links to each file that we wanted to share, like an Overview PPT and sales brochures, videos, etc. With Journey, those files are now automatically presented and opened as the prospect progresses through the materials, so they are more likely to access the information.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Sometimes the visitor tracking does not provide much in the way of details about the visitors, but I believe this is more of a function of the limited info available from certain visitor IPs vs. what Journey is able to capture and share.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to focus our time on top of funnel lead generation as Journey helps us more prospects through the funnel in an automated way.

  ### 41. The best multi-purpose CX tool for marketing, sales and operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander F. | Co-Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

You want your prospects and customers to have the best experience, right? There is often so much specific content you need to share with them in order to educate them on the value of your product, answer questions, and help them get onboarded. But it can be so messy when sending just a bunch of links to this slidedeck, this video, this document... and you can't build a custom landing page on your site for every customer. So what do you do?

Use Journey. It's one of the best tools I've found that is like a swiss army knife to combine all kinds of content or assets I want my prospect or customer to consume but in a very specific designed flow.

They're a nimble team, ready to listen to your feedback and I'm excited to see where they go next

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Be ready for change. They're constantly improving the product, which does mean you might have to adjust your Journeys as they make changes/improvements. But, it really isn't that much of a drawback - I'd rather improvements than a stale app that never gets better.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales was one of my first use cases. We needed to follow up with prospects who wanted a copy of the slides, links to customer stories, and other material. Putting it all in one place (that I can customize even after sending and track engagement) really helped reduce our sales cycle. Also, it's been an incredible support after the sale too in customer success, with onboarding and beyond.

  ### 42. Incredible tool that I used for an unconventional purpose - onboarding an online community

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikki T. | Growth Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

It was incredibly easy to use. Creating my first journey felt intuitive. Even better than that, the finished product looked great. I used Journey to onboard members into a Slack community I started, and I received a lot of great feedback on it from members. They all liked it!

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

There wasn't much not to like. I was using Journey for a little bit different of a purpose than it was intended, but it perfectly met my needs. I was able to import multiple file formats (which was a limitation of other tools I was considering) and the finished product looked very polished.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journey helped me onboard new users into a Slack community. When people join communities, there's a lot going on (think about all of the channels, links, people) and it can be overwhelming. The custom Journey I created allowed me to guide new users and 'show them around' or community without overwhelming them.

  ### 43. A must-have for your personalized presentations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason L. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

I love that Journey works with most of the current cloud software options, that it's not limited to just screencasting or videos, and it's easy to share. I haven't seen another product that does what Journey does in compiling all of your presentation materials into one, easy 'journey' that you can share with others. I also love that the program encourages you to record shorter clips so clients / potential customers can pick and choose what they would like to view.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

If you're not saavy working with websites it can be a little hard to correctly implement a journey into a page of your website. But if you have some know-how, you're good to go.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me think in shorter clips of videos, but able to easily compile them all into one shareable link - and helping me personalize the content so I can target individuals rather than create different large sets of videos for each client or potential client.

  ### 44. Journey is our Head of Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremiah P. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey has been absolutely incredible for us. We have a product demo, and then we drive people who are looking for more information to our Journey video library. They can watch videos, and then click through to sign up for our product right there. It's such a powerful tool for us.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I honestly don't have anything to complain about. Reporting could be a bit more robust, but I expect that to improve over time. They recently added a feature that tells you which company viewers are from. Very cool. Not game-changing for us, but goes to show they're investing heavily in insight.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a self-serve product and offering demos to everyone who's interested was a massive time cost for us. Journey has cut our demos by 80%, but we've not seen a noticeable drop in registrations. So it's a huge win. :)

  ### 45. Great tool for easily sharing content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Easy to build and great tool for quickly sharing content with clients.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

There are a couple of small bugs, but to be expected from an early stage product.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to easily share content with clients

  ### 46. A beautiful platform for engaging your customers, prospects, investors, and team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke O. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

The concept is so simple, and so incredibly powerful. Taking our potential investors through our story exactly the way we want has been game-changing. I really love how the team has added features like insights so that you can see exactly how engaged a potential investor/customer/team member is in different parts of your Journey.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I really can't think of anything here. I like it all.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Journey you just had a pitch deck and maybe a product demo. Now, by sending a potential investor our journey, they can have everything they need to know, including objection handling, before we even get on a call. It gives us a centralized place (similar to a data room) for all our information and investor collateral, but allows us to walk them through it and tell the story that is most going to resonate with them.

  ### 47. An intuitive and powerful way to communicate your jorney (pun intended)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Husam R. | Director, Analytics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

The ability to convey your journey in a familiar format (slides) but having the flexibility of choosing the way you present the content ( links, videos etc.)

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

I don't have anything it mind at the moment

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to convey my pitch plus a demo of the app all in one place. Its really powerful to share a single link and convey everything I need to in one place

  ### 48. Great Application for Personalization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

It is easy to use and an excellent tool for personalization in emails and LinkedIn campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Nothing I can honestly find out yet, but I will be sure to let you know.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalization is my main use case when sending out email and LinkedIn blasts.

  ### 49. Helpful for both external and internal use alike!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Journey?**

Journey is incredibly helpful in creating flexible, content-driven user experiences for various use cases. We can efficiently utilize it to create new business sales journeys, content hubs for ABM/marketing campaigns, or even training for distributed internal teams.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

It could improve a bit on the integrations side (ie. embedding/iframing webpages, more connected apps, etc.), but I expect this will come over time.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For sales, pitches or trainings that are relatively complex, breaking them down into concise user experiences— as well as consolidating with relevant content & materials— cuts down on both the admin and improves the outcomes (ie. quicker sales cycles, better enablement utilization, etc.).

  ### 50. This tool shortens sales cycles and helps you stay in control of the deal.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Journey?**

It's a one-stop shop for you and your prospects. I save time with a built-in library of our sales content and know exactly what content my POC and their team are reviewing. The notifications and insights help me track opens, which provide information about topics to cover on the next call.

My sales cycles have been shorter, and I feel like I stay in control of my opportunities better.

**What do you dislike about Journey?**

Selfishly, I would love integrations into the rest of my team's tech stack. The reality is they are a start-up, but they seem to move very quickly around the product. I asked for Gmail plugin added to a survey a few months ago, and they rolled it out three weeks later.

**What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Shorter sales cycles
2. Better deal control
3. Saving time
4. Less duplicated tasks
5. Positive feedback from prospects
