"Efficient AI for SAP, Needs Better Complex Query Handling"
4/5
What do you like best about Joule?

I like that Joule acts as an AI assistant within the SAP ecosystem, allowing me to quickly find information using natural language. It's particularly valuable for answering questions about SAP processes, summarizing data, and assisting with day-to-day business tasks, which boosts my productivity by reducing the time spent searching for information and navigating different applications. I appreciate Joule's natural language interface and its seamless integration with SAP applications, which makes it easy to ask questions in plain English and get quick, relevant answers. The way it simplifies navigation, provides useful insights, and automates routine tasks also saves me time and improves productivity. Furthermore, the initial setup of Joule was straightforward due to its integration with the SAP ecosystem, and the natural language interface made it simple to use without much training, aided by the available documentation and SAP guidance. What do you dislike about Joule?

One area for improvement with Joule is handling more complex or highly specific tasks with greater accuracy and context. Sometimes, the responses need manual verification. When working with large datasets or asking multistep business questions involving information from different SAP modules, I would like the responses to be faster and more context-aware. Additionally, it would be helpful if organizations could customize Joule to fit their specific business processes, terminologies, and workflows to make responses more relevant to the specific environment. Better personalization based on user roles and frequently used tasks would also improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful for Analytics with Room for Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

I like how Joule allows users to interact with data models and obtain insights, which helps in asking the right questions to further drill down. It's similar to what SAP has in its various modules, serving as a great entrance. Also, users can tailor their questions based on the insights they wish to obtain, drilling down into specific data models and obtaining documentation for proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

I don't probably like Joule because it requires more customization and integration when it comes as a vanilla agent. You can't directly use it out of the box as it always requires some adaptation to fit the particular business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Joule?

SAP Joule is very useful for increasing efficiencies and supporting complex decision-making. It also feels very secure, especially for a cloud-based tool. Joule streamlines navigation by making it easier to find and move through the apps you’re looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

SAP Joule has limited access for on-premise users, so it’s best suited for SAP’s cloud-based software. It also comes with a complex licensing model, which makes it harder to calculate overall costs and fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Timesheet Management, Slight Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Joule?

The main feature I'm using it for is time sheet management, I find it very useful. It enables me to have a very clear overview of the number of hours worked on one project or item. It has a very clear classification of the hours and separation per task or per project. This helps me have a better overview of the team workload & capacity, and the time spent on certain projects or tasks. The initial setup was quite easy, and it's very simple to pin the main features we are using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

I find it difficult to add/create a new project section in the timesheet management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Integration and Support, But Performance Speed Can Lag"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

Intergration and performance makes things easy...The support is great so I would definitely recommend to others. The pricing wasn't bad either another perk Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

Sometimes it worries me with the slow perfomance so if I could think of one thing to change it would be the perfomance speed. But then again it may be only on my end of things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automatic SAP Integration That Simplifies Setup"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

The automatic integration with SAP infrastructure and integration with the native tools. Specifically IBP and S4, without having to export data to a spreadsheet and then import back into AI model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

The setup is extremely touchy and the documentation isn't the best on how to integrate Joule with multiple different SAP platforms at once. For example, integrating with IBP and S4, the setup within BTP and IAS for the different authorization methods is complex Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
