"Joule AI: A Game-Changer for Faster SAP Answers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

I have been using this product for quite a few months back, and i would like to share my experience. Most of all i am quite positive. Having a technical and development background. it is easy to use, it saves my time. it is gamechanger for SAP world. As a previously SAP user i like that Joule AI helps me get answer fast it resolves many issues on configuration time.and it helps sap consultant significantly and therefore still needs lots of fixes over time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

one thing i dislike about joule AI is that its response are not always accurate or detailed enough for complex SAP Scenarios, so i need to double check the information. Joule AI could offer more customization and some responses still require verification. and sometime responses can be too generic and may require manual verification. "Joule Simplifies Daily Workflows Helps You Get AnswerJImprove Daily Workflow Efficiencys Faster"
5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

What I like best about Joule is how it helps simplify daily workflows by bringing useful information and assistance into one place. It makes it easier to get answers faster, stay organized, and focus on the work that matters instead of spending extra time searching or switching between tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

What I dislike about Joule is that sometimes the responses can feel too general and may still require additional clarification or manual review before taking action. I think it would be even better if it could provide more specific, context-aware recommendations based on the exact workflow or system being used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing in SAP, but Setup and Flexibility Can Be a Hurdle"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

Joule is a real game-changer for SAP development. It genuinely understands the business context—it feels like a teammate who knows S/4HANA and Digital Manufacturing inside and out. Because it’s embedded in Fiori, I’m not constantly switching tabs, and navigating UI5 apps becomes much smoother. Overall, it keeps my workflow far cleaner and takes care of the tedious data-hunting for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

Setting up Joule is honestly a headache—BTP permissions and IAS sync issues feel like a part-time job. While it's a genius with SAP data, it can feel a bit "stiff" and restricted when you’re doing creative coding or React work. It lives in its own SAP bubble, which is great until you need to step outside of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It didn’t take much time to get started and learn the basic features. I’d rate it 8 out of 10 because it’s easy to use, saves time, and makes everyday tasks more efficient. "Agentic Power in SAP, Simplistic and Swift"
5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

I find Joule particularly helpful because it provides Agentic power within the SAP ecosystem. The Agentic workflows are extremely beneficial for my tasks. I like Joule's simplistic design and ease of use, especially due to its natural language capabilities. It excels in making information gathering and quality reviews much quicker, which saves me a lot of time, particularly when understanding SAP features or configurations. I also enjoy that Joule for consultants allows me to reduce the time spent on these activities significantly by providing a convenient chat interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

I would like to control much more as an admin, so that I can configure the retention of the messages (maybe even on user level) and also I would like to personalize it with behavior and structure of the text, and with memories, so that I don't need to start over every time. The setup was a bit tricky, especially getting the BTP setup done and assigning the AI Quota, which caused us to lose some time. Additionally, the enterprise acceptance takes time. "Joule Supercharges SAP Productivity with Smooth Conversational Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

Joule does a great job of speeding up the whole SAP SDLC process and improves productivity by saving time on tedious work.

One team automated their manual journal posting and reconciliation process entirely, and the automation of PR-to-PO approvals saved an average of 70 hours of manual work per week.

Joule offers a smooth conversational way to interact with SAP systems, and its ability to pull insights from multiple SAP applications adds real value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

Joule Studio still feels a bit early-stage. Some features are already in place, but they don’t feel fully mature yet, and I occasionally run into walls where something seems like it should be possible, but it just isn’t quite there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Joule: Efficient Configuration Aid with Some Setup Hurdles"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

I appreciate Joule's better UI and how it answers most of the queries. It's like a chatbot and is easy to use, with responses tailored to the requirements. Unlike in the past where I needed to go through SAP learning, Google search, and other online sources to get the answers, Joule is a one-stop shop. It really helps as a consultant by reducing the configuration and build time and assisting our FA to better review the configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

We're facing some challenges in activating Joule for Ariba, but we're working with SAP to fix this. Also, I've found that the initial setup isn't an easy one. We're waiting to move to RISE since Joule only works once on RISE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising Potential, But Difficult Implementation"
2/5
What do you like best about Joule?

I would like to share my experience with Joule 2, which came to renew the user experience. It greatly facilitates the development of applications and agents within the ERP. I firmly believe it will be a revolution in the way applications are developed and will greatly improve users' expectations regarding business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

Joule 1 does not meet user expectations, especially in understanding business concepts and formatting more accurate responses. It fails to answer most questions in the financial and SD areas, which frustrates users. The implementation of Joule was not easy and took 2 to 3 weeks, with problems during the process. "Streamlines Job Applications but Needs Mobile Refinement"
5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

I like the simplicity of how things are with Joule. It makes the process seamless, and I've noticed the questions are pretty straightforward. Joule knows how to phrase the questions well and order them in the correct format, which really helps in streamlining the question-answering process, especially for job applications to private companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

I think Joule could improve in making the websites much more accessible via mobile devices because it gets a little bit tough sometimes. Also, the appearance of the website could be improved as sometimes things are cramped into other things, so it's hard to see everything clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Joule Helps Solve Business-Critical Problems and Drive Smarter Decisions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Joule?

To help industries stay on top of innovation, Joule has made a commendable entry into AI. It genuinely seems to be helping solve business-critical problems across supply chain, logistics, and customer service. Overall, it supports more informed and consistent decisions and recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joule?

With SAP Joule, we are already breaking many barriers. If the interface were kept more user-friendly and easy to use, it would be even better, and we could add a few enhancements as well. While Joule provides good, well-organized functionality, it still seems to be missing support for situations that require complex, multi-step reasoning and deeper technical design decisions.
