"Accurate, Fast Translation for Webinars"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JotMe?

I found that JotMe was pretty accurate in the translation, which was important for following along during the webinar. It was quick enough to keep up with the flow of the teaching, which made it easier to observe and actually watch her teaching in real time as it translated. It even handled some of the technical language well. Also, it interfaced with Zoom pretty well. The overall translation accuracy, especially when selecting the right form of Chinese, was good once I figured out which version to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JotMe?

It could be a little bit quicker and more accurate with the translation. The other thing is just the formatting. I would love for it to just show the English translation rather than the Chinese and then the English on top. It would be nice to have it in English only rather than showing the Chinese script as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Solution for Real-Time Translation in Meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JotMe?

I’ve been using JotMe mainly for live translation during online meetings, and it has been a really positive experience. What I like most is that it doesn’t just transcribe the conversation, but actually translates speech in real time, which is extremely helpful when working with international clients and partners. The translations are clear and accurate enough to comfortably follow the discussion without constantly asking for clarification.

After meetings, having the full transcript and the automatic summary saves a lot of time, as I don’t need to manually review recordings or take notes. JotMe integrates smoothly with calls and works in the background without being distracting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JotMe?

The main downside I’ve experienced with JotMe is the pricing structure. While the features like live translation, transcription, and AI summaries are valuable, the subscription costs feel relatively high compared to similar tools, especially if you’re not using all of the advanced capabilities regularly. It can be hard to justify the annual fee if you only need occasional translation or notes, and there’s limited flexibility in the plans. I would appreciate more affordable tiers or pay-as-you-go options that make the service more accessible for smaller teams or individual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JotMe?

For meetings or workshops with more than 3-4 pax using separate devices, it can get costly as the minutes are multiplied per user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Contextual Translation for Business Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about JotMe?

I use JotMe for live translation transcription during long business meetings because it captures the essence better than Google Translate. I like that I can go back and look at the transcript and meeting summary, allowing me to ask anything afterward, which is crucial when attending technical meetings with lawyers and realtors where understanding context is important. I also appreciate that JotMe has a desktop app for Windows 11, making it easy to multitask. The initial setup was easy on both Android and Windows 11. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best live translation tool for multilingual meetings."
5/5
What do you like best about JotMe?

The best thing I like about JotMe is the accuracy and understanding of technical terms. So the thing is, I work in a remote team and regularly attend multilingual meetings with our international clients. I once had a Zoom meeting with a Japanese client and was worried about our communication, since I don't know Japanese. But JotMe's AI live translation feature gave me instant translation from Japanese to English and made the communication easier. Not only that, it also gave me post-meeting notes that eliminated my efforts of taking manual notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
