What do you like best about Jotform?

Jotform is easy to use, even more so since it integrates an AI Assistant to whom I describe the kind of form I need and who creates it immediately. I love it! It's simple and intuitive, plus it's convenient to store forms online and their responses, as well as to receive an email every time a form is completed, which maximizes tracking! I recommend it! What do you like best about Jotform?

What I like best about Jotform is its ease of use and quick implementation. The drag-and-drop builder makes it very simple to create forms without technical knowledge. It also offers a wide number of features and integrations, which makes it flexible for different use cases. Since the forms are easy to set up and manage, it’s a tool I end up using quite frequently. What do you dislike about Jotform?

While Jotform is generally easy to use, some advanced features and integrations are only available in higher-tier plans. At times, managing many features can feel slightly overwhelming for new users. "Jotform Streamlined Our Vendor Onboarding and Documentation"

What do you like best about Jotform?

Jotform provided a central platform that helped us create contracts and terms and conditions that can be e-signed. We can also build post-event review forms for our vendors. On top of that, we were able to eliminate a third-party company that was gathering attendee data and bring everything in-house, which gives us better control. What do you like best about Jotform?

I have had a very positive experience using Jotform. It is an incredibly user-friendly platform that makes creating forms quick and efficient, even for users without a technical background. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, allowing me to design professional-looking forms within minutes. I especially appreciate the wide range of templates available, which helps save time and provides inspiration for different use cases such as surveys, registrations, and data collection.

One of the standout features of Jotform is its flexibility and customization options. I can easily add various form elements, apply conditional logic, and integrate with other tools, which makes it highly suitable for both simple and complex workflows. The ability to automate processes, such as sending confirmation emails or generating reports, has significantly improved my productivity and streamlined my work processes. One limitation I encountered is with the free plan. It also addresses the challenge of building forms without technical skills. With its drag-and-drop interface and ready-made templates, I can quickly create professional forms without needing coding knowledge. This is especially helpful when I need to deploy forms quickly for surveys, registrations, or feedback collection.

Another key problem Jotform solves is workflow automation. Tasks such as sending confirmation emails, generating reports, or routing responses can be automated. This significantly reduces repetitive manual work and improves efficiency, allowing me to focus on more important tasks.

"AI-Powered Form Building That Saves Us Tons of Time"

What do you like best about Jotform?

The AI feature to just quickly type in a box what I would like my form to look like and AI generates it. Then I can quickly use the AI feature to make any adjustments. What would take me 15-20 minutes, now only takes 2-3 minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform?

I use Jotform to create forms for my company initiatives, like form registrations and polls. It really helps me get registrations online from people at events and gather feedback for our polls. I love that Jotform has lots of features compared to other tools, offering much more freedom and flexibility. The widgets are particularly useful, providing features like slots for event registration and allowing for specific and advanced requirements like external app integrations. What do you dislike about Jotform?

What do you like best about Jotform?

I like that Jotform allows structuring the capture of information in a highly positive way. I value how it managed to transfer a complex document architecture to a digital system without losing traceability or consistency. I also appreciate the ease of use, the integration with Claude, and the real-time alerts on the progress of the captured data flow. Jotform accelerates the creation of forms, and the integration with other tools like Google Sheets and One Drive allows organizing the responses of the created forms. I also value the automation of information collection and its proper organization in repositories for subsequent systematization. The initial setup was very easy. "Effortless Form Creation, Massive Time Saver"

What do you like best about Jotform?

I use Jotform to create entries for barrel races, and it saves me tons of time. It keeps things organized for me and automatically sends me the forms. I like how easy it is to use, which saves me more time than if I created a form sheet myself. It also saves the users time because they don’t have to physically fill out a form and email it back to me. What do you dislike about Jotform?

What do you like best about Jotform?

It’s quite customizable and supports multiple users, which makes it easy to handle approvals and reviews with higher management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

The workflows can be a bit glitchy and difficult to use. Right now, I’m getting multiple emails and Slack messages for a single submission, because turning off those notifications doesn’t seem to do anything. Overall, I don’t find the workflow setup very intuitive. I also wish that any comments we leave on approval forms were included in the email that goes to the submitter. Regarding your feedback on approver comments, you can include them in emails to submitters by selecting the appropriate field from the Approval Fields dropdown in the Email element. As for workflows and notifications, we'll need to review the setup of your form and workflow to better understand why multiple emails and Slack notifications are being sent for a single submission.

What do you like best about Jotform?

I found the platform to be simple to use overall. When I required assistance, it was very easy to find answers to my questions by simply googling my jotform question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

I have developed a somewhat robust questionnaire for our event participants. Given the number of questions I chose the "card" format which is clean and concise. I was disappointed that some functions available in the classic format are not available in card format eg. the ability to change the size of an iframe Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a major annual event with over 100 vendors. Jotform has assisted me in automating a great deal of my work by allowing me to gather all signed forms, payment window and event requirements in one link.
