The free version suits us most of the year, and we upgrade to the paid version for our biggest event. I would like it if Jotform was more clear on what happens when you reach your limit. If I know that the form won't accept any more submissions then I can plan for that, but sometimes even after you hit your limit the form still works, and that incentivizes me to push the limits and not want to upgrade.
