The automatic emails to customers to confirm bookings are really helpful, and it's so easy to use. These emails are sent once customers fill in a form, guiding them on what to expect and do next, which saves me from having to explain it personally. Plus, the initial setup was easy. Right now, I can only send emails immediately after they complete the form, which means I can't send appointment reminders ahead of time.
