What I liked most about Jotform was how easily I could customize my data collection tool exactly the way I needed. The barcode scanner module worked really well in the form I created. I think smaller projects/users would benefit from fixed pricing rates especially when it comes to collaboration in forms and workspaces. Even first-time users can complete forms without confusion, and that has improved submission rates for our business. Really straightforward and simple to use, clients feel it looks professional. I like being able to edit the form to add or reduce fields based on my need and capturing the signature feels really professional. For a one man band it's working brilliantly for me. I wish there was a customisable cost way, for example I only really need around 30-50 submissions a month and actually as I on board customers more that will reduce so it'd be nice to offer smaller packages. What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping everything electronic and secure works well for me, and it means I’m not looking for paper copies. What do you dislike about Jotform? One thing I find challenging about Jotform is that as forms and workflows grow, managing and organizing everything can become a little difficult. Finding older forms, keeping folders organized, and updating multiple forms can take extra time. I’ve also occasionally run into limitations when trying to customize more advanced workflows. That said, the performance could be better—sometimes it freezes or feels slow—but most of the time it’s fast. I’m also not a big fan of the AI; it’s not there yet. We are a non-profit and do get the discount which helps, but overall, we don't use it more than 7 months out of the year and would not exceed 700 entries total but because we have two months with more than two shows, we exceed the 100 submission limit for the free account in those months and have to pay.
