The beginning structure for each from came from JotForm's free template library. The preprogrammed emails to my customer and the duplicate email to me was a bonus I did not expect. I was able to tailor those emails for my own use. The calendar based template I used for the court booking system allowed me to lock out booked courts and collect fees for my customers time on the court. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** Some of the elements I used in my form only gave me access to a single variable as output.
