**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I really like the innovation Jotform offers. I appreciate that they had multiple options set up for a person to submit their registration, which was definitely helpful. It's very easy to use, and I absolutely would recommend it because I thought it was cool. It was a positive experience overall.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I found the mobile browser version could be better. It was difficult to get a summary of how many people have registered. Exporting data came as a zip file, which was a bit inconvenient. The visibility of the summary of RSVPs was not so great on Jotform.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Jotform for my event registration, finding it helpful with its AI registration bot and multiple submission options, like QR codes and forms.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like Jotform's flexibility and ease of use. The drag-and-drop builder makes creating forms quick and intuitive, even for complex workflows. The integration is a standout as well; connecting forms directly to Google Sheets, Dropbox, or payment processors like PayPal makes data collection seamless. The automation features such as conditional logic and autoresponses are also valuable, reducing manual follow-ups and keeping processes efficient. Real-time data synchronization with Google Sheets is particularly useful, as every form submission automatically populates a connected spreadsheet, aiding instant analysis and collaboration. I like that Jotform is easy to use and has a very smooth workflow. It's simple to set up a workflow to send automated emails, and I find the interface straightforward. The initial setup was also very simple, and I was able to build my first form within an hour of signing up.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like that there's multiple options for drop-downs in Jotform, which are easy to use. It's pretty good to have the ability to change options on the fly and make them work according to what we needed. I didn't really have a problem setting it up.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

There seems to be not enough editing available for the platform. More availability to change the font color of the drop-down menus would be nice, so that you can see it if you change the background.

Jotform helps us see who's coming and their experience level.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I really enjoy designing workflows in Jotform because the setup is super easy to use. I also love the feature where I can test the workflows to make sure they work. Setting up Jotform was very easy and only took me about 5 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I would love to have a section where I can send notifications to everyone via WhatsApp if an approval is needed. I disklike how I cant export all of my forms into an excel document. I can only download them one by one or in a zip file but not in an excel.

I love that Jotform is free, which is great. I find it very user-friendly, and it offers a variety of options for sharing with attendees, whether it's through a QR code, an email link, or the actual form itself. The initial setup process was easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Since I'm new to Jotform, I haven't found anything that doesn't work for me yet, but I think it could be improved by offering a free trial of the paid version for seven days. This would allow users to experience all of Jotform's features and have a more comprehensive idea and understanding of whether to pay for the full subscription.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jotform to capture attendance for meetings, ensuring I have all attendees' information and a record of their attendance without any issues. My team and I switched from pencil and paper to Jotform, which improved our information gathering efficiency.

sending contracts to my clients and tracking the status, also use the forms for my check in forms weekly and its easy to track responses and again, the claude integration shortens my workload doing check ins

I find Jotform incredibly easy to use for creating forms, distributing them with links and QR codes, and ensuring they are the easiest to fill out. I love the number of templates available, as there are thousands of them at my fingertips! It's so easy to add, remove, or duplicate fields, and the new AI assistant in Jotform helps create forms in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I wish there was a package for more than 1 user, but not enterprise. Other platforms provide tiers like 1 user, 2-5 users, etc.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform provides an easy way to create and distribute forms with ease, and it has a vast number of templates. Adding, removing, or duplicating fields is simple, and the AI assistant helps create forms quickly.

  ### 12. Great Student Evaluation Tool

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

We are able to gather large amounts of information easily and quickly. Additionally, it is very easy to rearrange and format PDF print outs from the results. We are currently using Jotform to complete student evaluations for students enrolled in our after-school program. Our staff are able to complete the evaluations, but then myself, as the administrator, is also able to see the evaluations before printing them to send out. It is a wonderful system.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I wish there was a different membership option. We will use Jotform only twice a year to do about 300 submissions each time. It a full year we will do less than 1,000 submissions, but there is not a great membership option for that.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to complete student evaluations across multiple locations, but have our administrator at our home office review the evaluations before they are sent out to parents.

Forms are incredibly easy to create. I typically start from scratch, but the templates are useful as well.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I’ve struggled to get forms to embed on my website and appear normal. They are always super skinny and long, even when I adjust the width.

Registration forms are an important part of my business and Jotform makes them easy to create. They are also easy for the user to fill out.

I find Jotform to be extremely convenient and it's super easy to understand. The efficiency and ease of use of the AI Agents templates really stand out for me. Using Jotform feels like swimming; once you know it, you can't get enough of it.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The only thing so far for me it's it not having calling agents in our country like South Africa that's a limitation and not being able to use your own number for business you have to purchase a number.

I use Jotform for AI agents to attract clients who want to save time and for collecting leads through sign-up forms.

I really needed a platform that would allow me to set a cap/cutoff on how many attendees could come to my event.

It wasn't very clear upfront what was and was not included in the free version, which I found mildly frustrating.

I frequently recommend Jotform for automating workforce processes. Jotform’s 150+ native integrations are a huge help, handling tasks automatically instead of manually inputting data into a CRM or spreadsheet. I love the AI Workflow Generator; it allows me to describe a complex business process, and it builds the necessary forms, logic, and approval steps. The initial setup was easy, and I appreciate how Jotform has leaned into artificial intelligence over the past year.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

When the AI generates a complex workflow, it can sometimes be a 'black box.' The AI might create a 5-step approval process with complex branching, but it doesn't always explain why it made those choices. If you need to change just one small branch, you sometimes have to hunt through the manual editor to find where the AI 'hid' that specific condition.

I love how well it functions and the ease of creating forms.   It has been a huge benefit in helping me organize registries for our annual event.   I use multiple forms for the different categories.  I also love that we can accept payment through the app.

I wish there was a way to establish group emails through the app.   It would make sending out information so much easier.  I also wish that there was a way to add multiple payment options to one form.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like Jotform's ease of use, its integration with PayPal, and the ability to use iframes to embed the forms within our current website for a seamless experience. Everything is now automated, tracked, and reported automatically—from the invoicing to payment collection, to the transfer into our club's account. We can schedule auto-reminders of outstanding invoices from within PayPal, which has overall improved our collections, reduced manual tasks, and improved data quality. The initial setup of Jotform was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

We were lucky that the PayPal invoice feature was grandfathered in for us as we've had it for a few years. I tried to set up a new account for our club to transition away from my personal account, and that option is no longer available to new users.

I run operations for multiple self storage sites, and Jotform lets me spin up mobile-first checklists fast. The builder is simple, conditional logic is powerful, and offline on phones works reliably. I can require photos, GPS, and signatures, then auto-email a clean PDF and save a copy to Google Drive. QR codes make deployment easy for field staff. Tables and Reports give me a live view of submissions so I can trigger follow-ups without extra tools. It saves me hours every week.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I wish the standard Form that my BOG staff fills out had a native Button field that opens a URL. I do not mean Jotform Apps. I mean a tappable button inside the Form to open a site map or safety file. Syncing a dynamic list from Google Sheets into an Input Table is not native, so I use the API. A Report to Task workflow would help, so a finding can become a one-off task that appears in the next checklist. Mobile video uploads sometimes fail when phones use HEVC or when the file is large, and the error messages are vague. The conditional logic editor gets crowded at scale, so bulk edit and folders would help. More granular permissions by field and by site would also be useful.

Jotform gives my field teams a single mobile checklist for site inspections. I publish a QR code, staff work offline, and we capture photos, GPS, timestamps, and signatures in one place. Submissions auto-email a PDF to Operations and save to Google Drive, so nothing gets lost. We track move outs, lock code changes, hazards, and special tasks with clear accountability. Reports and Tables show status by site and date, which helps me assign follow ups and close loops faster. It saves hours each week and keeps our facilities safer and cleaner.

What I love most about Jotform is the fact that the login process is easy and not difficult at all. I can log in with my business email address, and it takes me right to my account. I love that everything is so well put together and it's not hard to navigate through Jotform. It allows me to edit my forms and publish my links. It's very user-friendly for anyone, even those who are beginners. I've been with Jotform for three years, and it keeps getting better and better.

What I would probably like to see enhanced is more options for making special effects happen with wording on forms, similar to what you can do in Canva. I just feel like this is something that could catch people's eyes and could be improved or enhanced.

I've used Jotform since 2012, and it is my go-to form creator for everything from surveys to payment forms because it just keeps getting better. I appreciate not having to know code to create complex forms. I like the ease of use and the variety of screens available for each project, such as forms, tables, and PDFs. I also find it really useful to see results in real-time and manage data easily. The initial setup was very easy too.

Multi-Users. This is what has kept me from expanding my subscription. It is TOO EXPENSIVE to have multiple users. If this was more affordable I would use Jotform much, much more.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I was looking for the possibility for offline form, and Jotform has this feature. The interface is very easy to interect with. I have created a form and was surprised it supported more complicated features like validation for charecter type and number of chars.. drop down for pre defined values with auto complete, thank you page with the option to fill another form easily. I am very satisfied with the result.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Didnt find any, my event is very soon and i am planning to use the form in the event.

We have an event we participate once in a year, and the Internet connection there is poor, so the offline feature is perfect for this.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Jotform is powerful and adaptable software. If something seems like it can't be done, the support is amazing, and in every case, they have provided me with a solution, in most cases I thought I wouldn't be able to do it but this is not the case, you can baiscally find a way of doing everything you would need in a form.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

If I had to say something, I would say the PDF output from the forms can be a little clunky at times, but it still does the job very well.

We are a national company that works in all states in Australia. We introduced Jotform to reduce the time spent on emails and unnecessary back and forward between employees. It has changed the way we operate in the business.

I like Jotform's drag and drop features and form building, which are excellent. The app creation also seems to work nicely based on our early tests. I appreciate being able to rapidly structure forms and get them into real-world use, like creating a form for a field engineer and having a customer sign it off in just a few minutes. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I don't like that the site seems slow and often crashing. It's hard to pay for the subscription as the site kept crashing and timing out.

I use Jotform for collating on-site information, capturing data from the site, and quickly structuring forms for field engineers which are signed off by customers in minutes.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like how Jotform is very clean and simple to use. It's customizable, which is great for our needs. Receiving email alerts ensures I'm never missing anything important. I appreciate the option to do submissions in a table setting; it makes it nice for us to go through and mark people's orders as they get shipped. It helps us keep track of everything efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The only issue that I'm having is that it would be nice if the Jotform submissions could connect to ShipStation. So when somebody places an order, we don't have to manually input everything into ShipStation. I tried using Zapier to form the connection, but it wasn't working for us. I tried everything to get Jotform to connect with ShipStation, and I cannot get it to work.

Jotform creates a clean, customizable order form, allowing us to add product images and track stock. It alerts us when stock is low, offering more options than Google Forms and clarity for our customers.

At VantagePoint Properties, we use Jotform to streamline our entire client intake and property management workflow. It has become one of the most essential tools in our tech stack. We have built custom forms for everything from lead capture and buyer questionnaires to agent onboarding and vendor submissions.

The automation features are what set it apart. Forms feed directly into our CRM and internal tracking sheets, which saves our team hours each week. The conditional logic also helps personalize responses and collect only what is relevant for each type of client or partner.

I also love how professional the forms look when embedded on our site or shared via link. They reinforce our brand’s image of precision and quality while keeping the experience easy for clients. Jotform gives us the flexibility of a custom-built platform without the price tag or coding headaches.

It’s an intuitive tool, anyone can create a form, even if they’re not an IT professional. In addition, it offers many useful features, per example you can hide or show fields based on a user’s selection and customize the email that is sent each time a response is received.

The only downside I can remember is that when a person submits a form and uploads a file, the file is saved with its original name. It would be better if the file could be saved using a standard naming format.

I like how Jotform has been a very useful tool for our clients to easily sign-up or register for any of our tours. They can do it anywhere without needing to print the form or go to our office. It easily collates information that was keyed in by the client, so our staff can check their preferences, information, and data any time they need it. I find drafting the form easy as the tools and user interface are quite straightforward even if you're not techy.

I find the lack of ability for clients to add their passport as an attachment or include other relevant information limiting.

With Jotform, I no longer need to manually print forms. Clients can fill and submit them from anywhere, even on their phones, with signatures. It collates information easily, so we can check client preferences and data anytime.

It allows us to accurately capture information in an efficient way. I find it very customizable and flexible for different use cases. I appreciate the link to Zapier, which allows submissions to be used for a wide range of automated tasks. I enjoy the custom CSS, which allows me to style the forms to match my brand, though it requires a bit of coding knowledge. Jotform has never let me down, and the initial setup was very easy.

The styling could be made completely no-code. The rules could be a little more flexible and I have experienced issues with trying to set up more complex forms where the submit button would change depending on the form selections.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform for taking orders for my labels business because it saves a lot of time and helps collect all the information we need. I like that it's continuously growing, which is reassuring. The conditional logic feature is something I find invaluable. Without it, the form would not work properly since we offer different types of labels with various input requirements. Setting up Jotform was easy for me, making the process smooth from the start. Integrating it with Google Sheets has been great too!

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The actual form is very slow and glitchy, sometimes customers complain that it says the page is not responsive. I also don't like the look of my form because there is a lot of text on top of each other. I have to limit the number of orders to 6, but it would be great if it was unending. The WhatsApp link was working and then disconnecting, now it only just tells me there is an order instead of having order details.
