The auto responder is also a very nice feature and we enjoy building them out to help improve customer experience. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** The single login feature unless you upgrade to enterprise is sadly a bit much, so even if you only need 1 form with 2 users you can end up spending 100's of $$$ a month, and this makes is unaccessible for many, we are currently looking to move away from Jotform because of this as for someone to check a submission it will cause the current user to logout, and now each new signin requires you authenticate the email ID **What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was allowing us to send forms to clients and have them make selections at ease, which reduced internal errors and enriched the customer experience. It's a very user-friendly tool for my business. I use it to create application forms for my recruitment purposes. I can 1000% recommend It to anyone (individual or business). **What do you dislike about Jotform?** The submission limits and multiple user options are not available for free users. The price for the Enterprise is a lot for what I use it. Make the enterprise features available but limited **What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in recruitment. I receive applications all day so I try to call all my candidates for a quick 30-minute interview but sometimes I'm not able to get ahold of them. Often times I will have issues with their system not working and it can be very difficult to resolve issue. Sometimes it will not send an email or files to the proper integration. **Recommendations to others considering Jotform:** Look for something that offers phone support. JotForms customer service is slow to answer and often their answers are in a form of a question and you have to wait for hours to get a response. Your urgency doesn't matter to them, they can care less. So for simple forms that are not contractual in nature you can use them. The logic is declarative, not imperative. - it took me some time to learn that, but now that I know that, it makes sense. The forms are highly customizable and support assists with CSS if needed. The support team usually cares very much about the client's needs. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** The bugs bugs bugs. I've lost at least 40 hours of actual work over the past 6 months due to bugs. Things just disappear, forms don't works as they would be expected to by any logical sense (if you don't see the code). For example, there is a bug that resets field names. I had no idea why and support had no idea why. However, this was interfering with our use case to the point that the forms had no value. After many hours, I figured out the cause of the bug. Things occasionally stop working for no apparent reason. Focus on fixing what is broken before releasing new features (i.e. inbox 2.0, prefill). **Recommendations to others considering Jotform:** Get ready to be frustrated randomly when things suddenly break. I love the flexibility and completeness of notifications settings based on responses. That allows us to do so much with the system and always keep on top of activity on our forms. We have been using JotForm for many years for mission critical forms and expect to continue using it. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** We had had some issues with the integration with MailerLite being unreliable. It seems to come and go, we'll be fine for a long time and then it will get dropped, so we need to check it regularly. If we want a form graphically out of the norm, say a solid dark background, Jotform is a not the tool for the job. It's like an all in one type creator/editor. I also like the fact that it's free or there are different levels of subscription.. I like that I can share or choose to keep my cards and/or forms to myself or I can share with whom ever I like. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** I wish there were more options available. I feel that this version or even the next two subscription-based tier's don't offer enough. I didnt like that I had to "upgrade" in order to remove the " -made in Jotform Cards" from any project I work on.but, so I have to maually go in and transfer it to another source to remove it with another program. **Recommendations to others considering Jotform:** I don't know if I would recommend, only because there is nothing that makes this product stand out from the other great products in the same categories. **What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?** This particular product didn't really solve anything for me. For the most part, you can make the design look however you want utilizing the custom css. However, this is only the case on the standard form. The one question per page forms do not support custom css. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** Jotform lacks complex logic beyond simple if/then statements. I could not do an if/then based on a users state entered into an address field. I had to copy it to a hidden text field, then perform logic on that text field. **What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickly create forms that are easy to design to our brand guidelines. ### 27. Their forums are also super-helpful - chances are if you have a question or problem you'll find someone else who's already asked your question and gotten an answer. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** Jotform has changed it's billing structure a few times while I've been a customer, and it's really frustrating to have forms go offline because you suddenly get switched over to a limited number of form views. Future billing changes need to take into account existing users and make an effort to keep forms online, rather than trying to rake in new revenue from existing users. **Recommendations to others considering Jotform:** Make sure you define your use-case before using Jotform -
