I am a self-employed musician and programme planner, so my life is advertising, recruiting and receiving registrations. Jotform ensures that I don't have to go chasing people down for the information they forgot to give me. Finding the information is super-clear. The forms themselves are attractive and impressive to the public. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All these that you said: Too few design styles, formatting of words is sometimes weird, hard to find all the various places that the title of my form is hidden. Also: I'd like more options with formatting titles and subtitles. People often don't know to hit SUBMIT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the programming aspect of the form. I can create almost any condition I need to make my form populate the way I need it to. I didn't even realize the amount of conditions I could include until weeks after creating my form. With a basic understanding of programming, I created any scenario I needed. It was actually fun figuring it out. That's how intuitive this form is. I love it.
The form is so simple to implement. Just publish! I like that all you do is click away from the field to activate it. Simple. If I had a website, I'm sure it's easy to integrate. I may try that feature later.
We're using this for registering our family reunion activities, so this form will get used often over the next few months.
The customer support with online guides was so helpful when I had questions on how to use the conditions or any form field. Jotform did a great job with the conditions drop-down so I can view my programming easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to have an undo feature clearly visible while editing. I also didn't understand what the cloning feature did. It deleted my form! Thankfully I went to the trash and pulled it out or I would have lost hours of programming. There should be a pop up warning about this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Approvals (now Workflow) allows all forms that require pre-approval, to be sent for approval simultaneously without manual input.
Approval flows can be manually overridden or re-assigned by the company admin account.
All forms can be collectively added to an "app" so that they are easily accessed on a singular platform.
Personnel accessing the apps or forms do not require an account which lowers the cost to the business astronomically.
No coding experience necessary to set up approvals or develop forms as this process is pretty simple and tutorials are available if you are having trouble understanding the steps.
Forms can be filled in and saved to submit at a later date and the status of approval for your submission (where applicable) can be viewed - as long as you were logged in at the time of submission Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Users of the app must sign in every 8hours.
Approval emails do not auto-delete when they have been approved, which can be confusing if you have more than one "approver" in the flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Many incredible features, easy to use, easy to navigate, easy to track the flow of information, manage data and download what I need. There is no need to get any special training, help is available and 1 click away. The customer service is very easy to reach to get help if anything is wrong. I love the feature - of creating a new form by importing an existing PDF document. Any form can be converted to an app and the end user can access it at any time, I need to keep it updated and download new information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Translation needs to manually updated in a different section and there are not all font abilities and features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
JotForm is super-easy to learn - the buttons are apparent and straightforward. You can upload your forms and customize them for the information you need. You can make certain required items, so they must be completed before finalizing. Forms can be submitted from inside the document, and you get a copy in your inbox. You can add loads of excellent innovative features, such as auto-calculated fields, automated e-mails that can go straight away or on a calculated date, and approval flows where senior staff can approve a specific action. I use JotForm daily, making my working life easier and more effective. The free version is excellent, and you can upgrade to more powerful options.
I was referred to use JotForms by a colleague, and at first, I was a bit skeptical, but after using it every day, I highly recommend JotForms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not anything I do not like about JotForms. This is an excellent tool. I highly recommend JotForms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jotform is easy to use and reliable. As a non-tech user, I love that the platform is intuitive and makes creating a form super easy. With the drag and drop interface I was able to get implemented in no time creating super professional looking forms in minutes.
I also love that Jotform has so many integrations available. The one I use the most is its Paypal integration which makes collecting money through my forms easy as can be.
I should also mention that over the years I've dealt with customer support several times and they were always very professional and quick to get me a satisfactory anwser.
Besides being feature rich, I also find Jotform to be very affordable, especially for everything you get with it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's really not much that I dislike about Jotform. If I had to say something it's be that I wish the free plan offered a little bit more, but honestly if you try the free plan you're going to be upgrading to one of the paid plans anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
JotForm's builder is really useful and has so many field options and vairables which gives you a lot of customisation ability. It's an intiuituve no-code system that you can build fairly complex systems and process with to meet common business needs and customise them to meet your specific requirements. The support team and community have also been helpful. As it has been around for some time now, you can usually find a post similiar to your challenge, but if not you can submit a request for help and they come back to you in good time. It has a large amount of integrations which we have found helpful to move data around securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Still getting used to the database/tables side of it, as most data sits in Google Sheets for us, but it's great how JotForm has evolved overtime to match modern app expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Jotform in several of my evaluation projects to create electronic versions of forms that my clients are required to use by their grantor. It makes it a lot easier for my clients to complete the forms with their consumers and a lot easier for me to collect the data. I also appreciate how much more robust Jotform is and how many more feature are available. I originally tried to build the forms in an electronic survey platform but it just didn't have the features that I needed due to the format of the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Jotform is that there isn't a way to download numerical representations of form responses, the way you can with an electronic survey platform. I have to turn the responses into numbers for ease of analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Extremely user friendly, very easy to implement. Plan on using it weekly, and my team loves the ease of integration as well as the number of features. Have not needed customer support, which is a huge positive statement considering my rookie status with this type of application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It appears as though a user who requires more than ten signable forms would need to pay a small fee, but this is uncertain as it will not apply to my protocol. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jotform has provided us with the ability to collect information from our clients in ways that standard website options don't allow or make incredibly difficult to use. I love that Jotform gives us the ability to have our customers upload essential photos and documents when submitting their forms. Clients often comment on the ease of use and often when they call, we refer them back to the webform and emphasise the ability to upload documents during the submission, which makes the customer feel more comfortable due to being able to complete the questionaire in their own time, along with the ability to add in things that they would like us to consider when receiving a quote. I like that we can integrate Jotform with our MailChimp account so that every new enquiry has the ability to turn into a contact that receives our updates and offers, this automation takes a lot of effort out of the process of having to add new enquirers manually to mail chimp. My suggestion is that Jotform would take currency conversion into account so the price displayed online, which I think is affordable, doesn't blow out to be a higher cost when the payment is taken due to currency conversion in different countries. I think Jotform is a fantastic tool, I would like to see it become a little more mobile friendly, as some of my customers mention that completing the form from their mobile device can be unusual but for the most part it seems to work. The select a date option may require a little bit of attention as it often has intermittent problems. I don't see any downside from using Jotform, I think it's a great tool and we are happy to include it in our systems and processes as a business. Keep up the good work! It's only gotten better and better in the last few years that I have been using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use a lot of forms in my business and often utilized the free form options to save money. However, I decided to try Jotform after seeing the beautifully designed forms a peer was using. I like that there are a multitude of templates to choose from so I don't need to design anything from scratch. The ability to get actual signatures on the form and allow people to schedule appointments really streamlines my business processes. My clients have a better onboarding experience and there is less manual work for me. I recently discovered the Flodesk integration and that is going to ensure that I don't forget to add new subscribers to my email list which use to happen all the time. I'm struggling to think of something that I don't like. My form needs are currently very simple and Jotform works well for me. However, it has a lot of features that I have not yet used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
