What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like that Jotform Workflows lets me have multiple approvals and escalate them when necessary. I also appreciate that I can send emails to the requester to approve or deny their request, which simplifies communication and helps keep the process moving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Maybe add an easier way to notify me when multiple approvals are needed, that it also has an email option to alert me? Also, maybe create a timer for how long an approver has to approve the request. It wasn't that easy to be honest... I had to reach out to support to guide me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you haven't yet known, the approval element has an expiration option allowing you to set the approval request to expire automatically after a certain period or on a specific date. About your other question, you can always add email elements anywhere in the flow and set your email address as a recipient so you get notified at a certain point that you want.

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I use Jotform Workflows to route applications and forms for review and approvals, which helps with more consistent tracking and reduces the need for sending out emails or paper copies. I really like the convenience and the ability to see workflows laid out as a diagram, which makes it easier to understand the flow and set up approval processes correctly. The visualization feature makes it simple to review each step of an approval process and create necessary branches. Additionally, it was relatively easy to set up. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Being able to refine the layout to make the diagrams more organized could be improved. Sometimes it's challenging to have the lines between steps/conditions "snap" to the shape you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

Jotform has streamlined so many internal processes from us. It allows us to create submissions in multiple areas of our business and easily collect data for processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

The only downside to Jotform that I have noticed is the email notifications. It can only hold so many submissions on a single thread before a new email thread is made Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I find Jotform Workflows to be pretty good and really surprising. It's great for handling the approval process for companies joining our business or for new starters. The prompts and notifications really help streamline the approval process. I also appreciate how Jotform Workflows makes filing web processes clearer and more efficient. The setup might seem complex at first, but after using it a couple of times, it becomes very user-friendly and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Jotform Workflows easy to use once I got the hang of it. I appreciate that it makes it easy to store everything in one place, so I don't have to update spreadsheets manually. I'm enjoying the AI feature to create new forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like it to be a little more self-explanatory, when I first started using it, I had a hard time navigating the rules. It was difficult for me initially because I learn best by watching, and in setting up workflows at first, I had to visit a lot of forums to try to figure it out. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like that Jotform Workflows makes it easy for users to submit documents online without having to resubmit them. I also really appreciate the accessibility and the ability to embed the forms on the website. It allows users to access the form easily, unlike before when it was just a PDF document that they had to edit themselves. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, which is a big plus. I love how Jotform Workflows allows PDF resubmission to be done fully online, which is incredibly convenient for everyone. It's so easy for any team member to hop on Jotform Workflows and create or map everything, which is really nice. I also enjoy the ease of use, and the initial setup was so simple! What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I use Jotform Workflows to create shortlists for my campaigns, and I'm really pleased with how it moved me away from Excel, which was very manual. It's easy to use, I know where to find everything, and all my data is live. The UX for Jotform is so good, and their product team are amazing. The initial setup was so easy.
