What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like Jotform Workflows for making registration forms for courses and grant applications. It solves problems by having payment and registration all in the same place. I really appreciate being able to send reminders and integrate with Zoom at the same time, and it's visual and easy to navigate, which makes it faster to have everything at a glance. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

I didn't know you could clone the workflows until I went back to the dashboard. It would be nice to have that option available in the workflows menu within the form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're looking to change the layout of your workflows nicely, you can try the Layout option by clicking on the Paint roller icon found at the top right corner of the page under the preview button. This allows you to change the orientation layout of your flows and their link style. You can also download the entire workflow as an image so you can present it to others. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I really appreciate how Jotform Workflows allows us to maintain our beloved old PDF format while making it accessible online. This compatibility is essential because our boss prefers viewing forms in their original format, but it also lets people fill them out easily online, which is a nice touch. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I do not like the fact that when I have gone in to tweak workflows, I typically will mess up something. There is little to no help when creating these workflows from JotForm. I have even tried using ChatGPT to help, but with no luck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like the ability to customize almost everything within Jotform Workflows, from form settings to workflow settings. It's great that you don't have to be logged in to utilize it. Also, Jotform Workflows is the right tool for the job, and I'll be using it again in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

I don't like that I can't customize the pill color when selecting multiple checklist items. When I select a lot of checklist items in the output, it looks like a chaotic rainbow. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

It's was surprisingly easy to build a dynamic form which even has conditional logic and a mix of form fields. Integrating with WordPress was equally easy and "out of the box". I ended up chossing them over another option because they were a bit cheaper, and yet provided as much or mote value. My WP site runs at the same speed so the plugin performance is good and stable. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like Jotform Workflows because it streamlines the process of approving applications and saves us quite a bit of time. The ease of setup is great, and it's efficient. It helps us cut down on unnecessary emails and allows us to simplify our approval process with just the click of a button. Overall, it saved us a lot of work time within the team. When we first started with Jotform Workflows, we wanted to create parallel workflows for each request, but this did not work at the time and we haven't tried to set it up since. It was a feature that we found lacking. For each form, we are only able to have one approval flow, while we specifically needed parallel workflows to have multiple people approving applicants based on different conditions. Without this, the feature was only half as effective as it could have been. It was fairly straightforward but since we wanted it to do more than it could, we spent unnecessary time building parallel workflows only to find out that they didn't work as needed. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like that Jotform Workflows got rid of paper for us. Everything goes straight to PDF and into our secure drive, so we don't have to have paper anymore. It ensures that there are no mistakes because of the approval process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

The only frustration is that even though I'm the only user, I would like to be able to at least add a couple of other confirmed email addresses in case I'm on vacation or something without having to pay for an entire another user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I use Jotform Workflows to make daily construction records and account statements, and it has made the work in our company much more practical, solving the organizational issue that was previously difficult. I really like the ease and speed of use, as well as the clarity in all the aspects we need, which greatly facilitates the work.
